increased appetite is up at the top...I wonder why I am the only one experiencing it?

it also says that lax stacks really well with 7-keto, I wonder if 11kt falls into that category also????@nutrachem
 
I've heard guys on here blast musclemilk, but the knoclout chocolate is pretty darned good. I am glad I bought the 30 bottles I did and tomorrow if there is any more left I will buy them!!! can't go wrong at $1.19 for 40gms of protein, imo.

I feel a lot better today...burn xtreme plus bronkaid twice a day was just too much for working in the heat. I even went by starbucks and got a iced frapacino with whipped topping and then krispy Kreme for a couple of doughnuts to go with it-hey it is national doughnut day!!!
 
wow, talk about timing...I couldn't think of a better time to be on a product that controls cortisone. the last few days have been very stressful, to say the least!!!

my diet has been awful and I have neither worked out or worked, period. I am almost afraid to weigh-in, and I am not happy with what I see in the mirror. but I still have a few days left of the 11kt spray and I plan on working out this evening and tomorrow it's back to work!!!
 
Sorry you're having rough few days, but the best therapy for that is hitting the Iron!

Also, hope the Invictus is doing the deed of managing some of the effects of the additional stress

indeed, I ran a month of invictus solo and now combined with the 11kt spray....fantastic combo, I was making incredible progress and even though I had a setback I am still way ahead of where I was before starting!!!

I am running both invictus and 11kt spray. i used invictus solo for a month before getting another bottle to run with 11kt spray. i had a great run on invictus applying to neck and shoulders so i decided to continue applying invictus to neck and shoulder and 11kt spray to stomach, upper chest...definitely tell a difference using both products together, the 11kt spray has made a considerable improvement over the invictus solo. fantastic combo, imo!!!

had a good workout this morning, even though I have been inactive lately it was still a good workout-felt good...things went downhill after workout, my tolerance to the heat was lost and I really struggled, it didn't help much that today was the hottest day of the year so far-89%. I don't think it will take long to shred the extra weight/fat I put on while being inactive.

First true day of heat this summer here for us as well. It always takes me a while to adjust!

it hit the 90's here today, very hot. Indiana is cursed with humidity, if it were temps like Arizona here we would be in trouble.

I am basking in the heat...I did 4 hours of weed spraying today and sweat was pouring off me-94% with high humidity. I actually think I will hit my goal of -2lbs this week even though diet has been horrible and no workouts or work except for the last few days.

burn extreme is fantastic, energy is very high...

the 11kt spray/invictus combo is insane, even while I was in cal deficit and losing weight at a excelerated level my muscles were full and pumped...abs are getting hard!!!

I am using megalax judiciously...if I dose even close to full dose my appetite goes insane, I know this might not happen for others but it has proven to do this to me time after time. last few days I have used 1 cap with evening meal and 1 cap immediately before bed. this dosing seems to fit my goals.
 
Good plan, T! Evening doses should be avoided with Andros of course, to reduce HPTA suppression, but late dosing could be well suited for Lax.

But do you really get away with it, or do you just wake up hungrier now? lol

that is a great question!!! for some reason night time dosing has zero effect on morning appetite, I have no explanation...it just is what it is.

another hot one here today...rain is predicted for next few days, that will only shoot humidity higher-ouch...


diet is tight once again and working out and working in heat everyday has quickly got me back to where I want to be. the invictus is still targeting my gut, and the addition of 11kt spray is keeping muscles full and pumped. this is a terrific combo. I apologize, I know this is a nutraceutical innovation sponsored log, but I can't help saying how great 11kt-spray and invictus stack together, fantastic!!! I am below 190 now and I have visible abs for 1st time in a long time!!!

btw-1 cap megalax with dinner and 2 caps right before bed is working out real well.
 
i'll be running the same combo soon as my log is over. Cant wait...!

I know you've been on Invictus for 8 weeks, but Its a shame you have to stop 11 Keto after 4 weeks.
Personally i feel that 11 Keto really shines after about the 3rd week and its something that should be
run for 6 to 8 weeks to see the maximum results.

But i can understand not wanting to shut down cortisol for 4 more weeks :)
 
Looking good T . Hopefully I get the results you did on this Ill be running all this for 8 weeks as an intro back into aas starting new years.

Thank you for your feedback on Invictus! We've been getting extremely consistent feedback on this product yielding noticeable results particularly around the midsection.

I'm sure a quality 11-KT product is not hurting anything either!
 
today is my last day of 11kt-spray...I was honored to be picked to run this!!!

results have been fantastic, far exceeding my expectations...I will post up a final review either later today or tomorrow-I will also post a review in the review sub-forum.

final review of 11kt spray

I started this at 194 and I had already dropped 14lbs prior to starting 11kt spray...currently I am at 183 as per this morning. I had run invictus[baet] for a month solo before adding in 11kt spray. the invictus cut weight off my stomach like magic but left muscles looking flat. the difference when adding in 11kt spray is even though I was still on a cut and losing weight my muscles looked pumped and full. a vast improvement on overall physique, I started out 2 months ago weighing in at 208 and wearing 38 jeans, I now weigh 183 and am wearing 34 jeans-I feel like a different person, I haven't been this [light] in a long time!!!

mood is another bonus as is how well I felt on this run...I had a family issue come up while on this run and cortisol would have had to have been extremely high if I were not on this run. it is hard to describe how much better I feel after dropping this much weight, working in the heat is much better and my sore knee isn't as sore. the really great bonus is having everyone tell me how great I look!!!

YES, I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND 11KT SPRAY....and will be running this same combo again before summer is over and particularly in the winter when I am less active and prone to put some of the weight back on....give this a try guys, I think you will like it, I did!!!

You really make bAET and 11-KT sound like great stacking partners! It's interesting to note you didn't experience join pain, which is sometimes a problem (for me at least) with strong DHEA metabolites.

I will also say that no one expected you to finish this logging effort after what happened, and nobody would have held it against you in the least had you quite. Life becomes unpredictable at times and priorities must be modified on the fly, and rightly so! But you kept on with your training cycle and finished reviewing these 2 products and it's a real testimony to your physical as well as personal strength.

amazingly I took 5 days off from work and workingout toward the end of the log, I am willing to bet results would have been even better.

thank you for the kind words and the opportunity to try the 11kt-spray, I am enjoying these results very much-can I say that losing this much weight and shaping up has been a game changer? I feel terrific!!!
