Meditech Clenbuterol 40mcg real or fake?

Bought a 100 tabs of meditech clen 40mcg, now the bottle wasn't sealed and I paid a lot for them because the seller said it is top of range clen... Good quality and brand. Am i able to tell by the pill it is of that brand by looking at it? Also a first time user, whats the best way cycling it? So I know its a two weeks on, week off and then two weeks on again but dosage?
 
ok it is clen lol... had the shakes earlier this morning but I dont feel it after a couple of hours?
Would you know the best way to cycle it with 40mcg without splitting the pills?
