Supps on cycle- Antaeus labs Mechabol, Cel Cycle Assist, Fish Oil, Joint Support, Kirkland Daily Multi pack, COQ-10, craze pwo, ON 100% Whey, ON 100% Casein, *** L-Glutamine Capsules
supps post cycle- Anabolic innovations post cycle support, Clomid, Creatine Ethyl Ester; and same vitamins, pwo, glutamine, and protein.
Dosage
vitamins, pwo, protein, and cycle assist taken throughout entire cycle.
On cycle- weeks 1-4 all at 3 mechabol pills (75mg) a day split breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Post Cycle- weeks 1-2 Clomid at 1ml (50mg) a day split breakfast and dinner. 4 AI PCT, 2 breakfast and 2 dinner.
weeks 3-4 Clomid at .5ml (25mg) a day split same as before. 4 AI PCT split same as before.
Diet
4500 - 5000 a day. 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.
Typical first meal- 4 eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda, casein shake.
second meal- ***e greek yogurt, sliced chicken breast, and random fruits.
third meal- steak or lean hamburger beef, brown rice, random fruits, and peanut butter.
fourth meal- usually hour before workout so its banana and Whey shake.
fifth meal- Chicken or steak, whole wheat noodles, random veggies, casein shake.
Results
Size / weight
week 1- No noticeable size difference. up about 2 pounds
week 2- I looked more cut, hard and vascular. up about another 2 pounds.
week 3- My muscles started to look more full while the definition and vascularity increased. Another weirdly consistent weight gain of 2 pounds.
week 4- Muscles got bigger and more defined. finally broke my streak and gained 3 pounds.
overall- I did for sure get bigger, but not as big as I had hoped. But this is probably because my body doesn't gain any fat. The pumps I got were crazy. This seems like it would work better for cutting, but it might just be my body type. as far as size goes I would give this a 7.5/10.
My weight went up 9 pounds which is less than I thought it would. My abs got a lot more defined and I almost have an 8 pack. I think it burned the very small amount of fat I had.
Strength
week 1- Beginning of week I was lifting harder, but that was probably placebo. Towards the end of the week all my lifts went up slightly, but I felt stronger and more explosive.
week 2- All my lifts started going up like crazy, pumps were great, and muscular endurance/cardio got better.
week 3- All my lifts went up, felt more powerfull and explosive, pretty much same as week 2.
week 4- All lifts up, pretty much same as weeks 2-3
overall- I was amazed with the rate at which my strength went up. I do a 4 day split legs/abs, chest/tri, back/bi/abs, shoulders/traps/forearms and every time I worked out I got stronger. I would rate this a 9/10 as far as strength increase.
Sides / Mood
The sides I experienced were almost non existent except it was a lot harder to get up and shake the sleepy feeling. I started to get some pimples here and there on my face but that cleared up when I started to wash my face better. I had no back pumps or anything like that. My mood was generally happy, sex drive went up, but the aggression and random raging were kinda bad. I normally have a short temper but this made it way worse. The only flip side was I felt very Alpha maleish and like I was "on" something. other than the increased anger it was virtually side free so I would give it a 9/10.
My final thoughts (after pct)
I think that Mechabol works very well for gaining a little size but mostly increasing definition and strength. The strength gains on this were amazing!!! The up side to not gaining that much size is that after my pct I didnt loose any, I lost 1 pound though. I was a little confused at the difference between my strength and weight gains. I can lift far more than I weigh. I was strong for my weight before because of wrestling but now its crazy. I think this is a very good pro hormone and would rate it a 8.5/10
