Mecahbol/stano elite dosing?

im starting my mechabol/stano cycle real soon and have everything i need i just am curious when i should take my 2 mecahbol pills and stano pills(im taking 3 stano throughout the cycle) and also when should i take my 4 cyle assist pills
 
Is that 450mg stano?

Try starting at 600mg if possible you may want to bump to to 750 + by the end depending on your body weight
 
Take your cycle assist 3-4 hours either before or after you take your prohormones. This way it will not interfere with their absorption.
You can still spread them out some throughout the day as long as they are taken with the correct timing in mind.
 
okay i know when to take the cyle assist, but should i take the stano all at once and before i workout and how long apart should i wait between the mechabol
