Measurements on an ester wash

Hi guys, I'm trying to perform an ester wash on my test for transdermal use. I have read the article detailing how to do it, but it leaves no description of how much Naoh to use per amount of testosterone. I've never done this before and I do not want to screw it up. I have 10 grams of powder test E. thanks for the help!

Start with 0.1M with heat. Maybe got up to 1.0M NaOH but I doubt it.
