MEALS

Your going to gain some fat while putting on muscle it's unavoidable man up eat more and maybe take some digestive enzymes

Hahaha! This guy! Nice work The Solution patience is a virtue, you win the patience achievement medal! !!

OP, you weigh 150, don't worry about amino acids or anything else. Just eat! You really shouldn't even need to count calories. Eat more!

Just eat a controlled surplus. Fat gain will be present but it will be minimal. There's no need to go crazy in a surplus and get stupid fat. Just train hard, eat enough to fuel workouts. And if you aren't gaining roughly a .5-1 lb then just increase food intake. That should give you good progress with minimal fat gain. You will gain some fat, but say after a year and you're 20-25 lbs heavier (idk how long you've been training, but for noobs this is 100% possible) and you wanna trim a bit of fat then start a slow and controlled cut.

There's no quick fixes in bodybuilding. Wanna get to big to quick, ya get fat. Wanna get to shredded to quick, you lose your muscle. Slow, steady, controlled and enjoy the process.

Cliffs: eat hard, train hard, gain slowly, and enjoy the progress and process.

^^^this! Patience is vital in building up your physique! It DOES NOT happen over night dude! Have patience.

And yes big but i want the lean look with it
you've posted this and "I don't want to get fat" numerous times and unless you lose this mind set you will not make progress. Bulking isn't a free pass to get all fat and nasty but at the same time if you are eating at a controlled surplus for an extended amount of time you will be heavier and maybe a bit softer

Try and track your workouts and ensure you are progressing in either weight or volume depending on training template being used

Focus on nutrient rich foods, do not neglect micronutrients and fiber, and stay consistent! Like everyone on this forum has been telling you, it does not happen over night

And might I add one more thing..

Try it.

Just go ahead and do it, see what works and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to experiment. These guys are guiding you to the right path OP. I wish I had guidance like this before.

I went from a skinny 135lber to 200lbs. Just by eating loads and loads of food (I thought I was the sh*t back then) and yes I put on a ton of fat tho.

After a 2 years or more playing between 185lbs-190lbs. Went and dialled in my diet better, tried different approaches, got to a leaner 170lbs in a year. Went and tried a cleaner bulk again (my after pic in my avatar) about a year ago. Got to 180, dropped again to leaner more muscular 160lbs about 6 months ago. It took me years of trial and error! Seeing what works for me and what doesn't!

You've got a food scale, and all the information you need on the Internet. Try what these veterans are suggesting and if you personally feel like you're gaining too much fat, then cut a few calories off. if you don't seem like you're gaining then add some more.

If im getting over my carb count with vegetables is that okay ?

And should i avoid corn peas and carrots ?
What?! No! You should get off the internet, quit asking absurd questions and go eat.

This thread has been bumped and bumped with a ton of helpful info.

At this current point in your fitness endeavor there is one thing you need to do to get results and has zero to do with carrots or peas.

Eat food until you feel like you might pop to grow.

Lift weights for your body to have to adapt

Sleep to recover

And train like you mean it.

You're making this harder than it needs to be.

Just. Eat. Food. It really is that simple.
