That seems like that is a lot of M1,4AD to take. Lean One - Do you think you would receive the same benefits from taking a high dose on workout days and say a maintainance dose on off days? For example you would take that 110mg dose that you loved on workout days and then say half or a quarter of that on off days?

What about you Sledge? Any benefits to high dosing M1,4AD or M-Dien on workout days and a lower dose on off days?

Er, maybe a better question to ask is what is the half life of M1,4AD or M-Dien.

I thought it was the 45% range but I could be wrong. Super, i didnt think you would want to stop your MDien if you do no problem.

There might be something to using it more on workout days as oppossed to off but in the same sense you could say that on the off days is when you grow, would you want more then?

I just dont think 100mgs will give that much more over lower doses. Everyone needs to remember the dosing on the labels apply to the avg. user who is most likely 170-180lbs. so having that person use 100mgs seems to high to high to me.

Phatbody if you want to try it out, no problem. ill give you LO and SS some to try. The problem is I wont have a real control group, so I can only go by what results people have had with 30mgs.
 
Well I'm a week into M1,4AD @30mgs a day. I'm using your 90ct bottle, I only have the one. I have definately gained some strength.

I could do any number of things. I'm lost a little weight (I hit 200 a few months back) and am now hovering at about 190-195lbs. I could be a control as I'm already into my cycle and finish off the bottle @ 30mg a day. I could try out the high dose on workout days, lower dose on off days. I could also try to high dose for the remainder of my cycle.

For the high dose and lose dose idea I was mainly thinking about people who use M5AA for preworkout. Personally I got nothing from M5AA. I have gotten something from M1,4AD. Maybe if I used M1,4AD and then some extra M1,4AD on workout days for "preworkout", as it were, it would give me a boost. Althought I would probably take the extra M1,4AD a few hours before my workout instead of right before.

But since I'm already a week into 30mg of M1,4AD a day you would be the best judge at what I can do to help you out.

Sure man. I'm waaaaayy up for that. :cool: You guys would just have to wait 4 to 6 weeks since I am about to start PCT. I'll PM you.

BTW I'm pretty sure the 45% figure reffered to oral bioavailability. Definitely higher than regular 4ad. Probably similar to 1AD. I could be wrong too though,but I don't think so.
 
After a week at 10mg/day :eek: and anywhere between 600mg-1800mg of R-ALA per day, depending on how many carbs I eat that day.
AST 63; ALT 74; LDH 239; Cholesterol 106; HDL 29.4;ALB 3.9; TBIL 1.0; DBIL 0.2; ALP 65; GGT 11
Liver enzymes are down a lot since adding an assload of R-ALA.

Testosterone 1382.89; Cortisol 12.66; LH 0.00 FSH 0.00; Estradiol 85.90; Progesterone 0.57; Prolactin 16.48

wow! so whenever doing a cycle should a lot of r-ala be taken?? I have like 1/2 a bottle left.. maybe I should order another bottle or 2?

My HDL was between 3 and 5 on M1T, so if I'm sitting around 30 I'm not too worried.
 
R-Ala so far seems to be the only product that has been really tested that is lowering ast and alt levels. GGT is the main factor in liver function, the other two can be effected by workouts as well as protein intake but having them lower is a good sign.

I'm not really familiar with AST/ALT etc. But by lowering the AST and ALT levels will it decrease the potential of the prohormone? because I have heard that liver support lowers the potential .. is it the same way with r-ala? and you say take 600.. is this split into 3 doses a day? or 2 or just all at once?

I've heard the same thing, but I don't think it's been proven either way. I'm not really sure if it decreases the effect of the PH. On low carb days I take 200mg R-ALA with my PW shake, and 400mg with my next meal (oatmeal and protein shake). On carb re-feed days I take between 400-600mg with every carb meal.

Hmm well if it lowers the AST and ALT but the Testosterone is still high couldn't you just bump up the intake of ph's?? probably a bad idea but I figure i'll throw that idea up..
 
inthe original post you showed some numbers from labs, i am assuming from some type of blood draw, i was wondering what the name of those certain labs were if they came from blood draws?
 
The names of the tests are right next to the values. ALT = Alanine Aminotransferase; TBIL = Total Bilirubin; ect. Most of them are part of a Hepatic Panel (aka LFT, or Liver Function Test). If you wanna know all the full names of the abreviations, you can look them up just as easy as I can. I'm tired as **** right now. :blink:

no...i work in a military treatment facility too......what i wanted to know was the name of the specific labs your ordering for yourself? i am wanting to find out which lab to order to test testosterone and estrogen levels?
 
Total Testosterone; and Estradiol. Different labs are equipped to test different things, so see if they have DHT, and Free and Total Testosterone. Also if you're not on any PH or AAS, get LH and FSH tested so you'll have a good baseline figure for when you decide to start f'ing with your HPTA. ;)
