I am not sure where this is supposed to go, but I'll just put it here.
This is my entry for the AP contest. It's kind of like a prelude to my log. It's been awhile since I logged so I am very "pumped" - pun intended - about this one.
My stats:
height: 68 inches
weight: 255 lbs
bf%: ~14% (give or take a percent) - I will take full and complete measurements very soon.
I have some limited experience with YG but I just couldn't stomach it, so I am really looking forward to the results. I am dieting down to obtain better physical and cardiovascular conditioning to allow me to perform my best at camp. Time will tell...
