Its been some time gentlemen, It's time to reach my former glory. I was 6'1, 195 6% body fat about a year ago. I became an ultramarathon runner and dropped to 160 pounds. I've been slowly working back up. Figured this short cycle couldnt hurt.
This is going to be a short 6-8week test cyp cycle with an Mdrol oral kickstart.
Mdrol 10/20/20/30
Test Cyp 200/200/200/400/400
Arimidex on hand.
PCT two weeks after the 6th.
PCT using Tamox probably (40/20/20/10/10), 3g DAA, etc. - 5 weeks

Sublingual B12
Fish oils
Jack3d Pre Workout
Scivation Extend Intraworkout
Nectar Protein Postworkout
6/18 - 10 mg Mdrol and pinned 200 of test cyp at 9pm
6/19 - 10mg Mdrol @ 8am

Laps swim for 15 minutes to loosen muscles, increase blood flow, etc.
Workout went great, I took it really light on the weight side of things. Pumps were great. All placebo I'm sure, but could have been the mdrol with the pumps. Looking forward to eating big and gaining some weight. Can't wait for some wet wet gains here in the next week or two.
I'm going to be eating atleast 4000-5000 calories a day. I eat fairly clean, but really want to bulk so I'm going to be cramming carbs to battle lethargy and hold more glycogen and water.
Anyone going to sub?
Also, advice on how to log better? only my second log. Thanks guys.
