mdrol 10/10/10

How many of yall have run mdrol/sd and just done the minimal of 10mg all three weeks? SD is one that I have always wanted to do, but have always been a little worried about the sides. Im kind of just messing around with the idea of running it right now and am just curious what everyone has to say, and yes I have used the search function.
Im cutting a little bit right now, and am thinking after I am done with that i may go ahead and try it out. I have a few worries of increased acne and gyno. Reason being is that I already have a mild case of acne and dont want it to become fullblown and I had puberty induced gyno.
Past cycle experience: ran havoc twice with the only sides being increase acne. Would it be dumb for me to think that maybe I dont need to worry about the gyno so much if it didnt occur during those cycles?

Hey bro, i did the 10/10/10 and got 12 lb from it all lean with no sides, just eat right!!!
And remember do a good pct, i always use clomid, and it seemed to work very well with mdrol.
Another thing to make sure you grow, eat lots of complex carbs, like oats, i was eating 600+ grams a day.
If you want to see how i did, and a guy named pantera who also used it look in the cycle section, mine is under russians ochin massivni log.

yeah man, that is awesome. I will definately take a look at your log. I had always used nolva for my pcts, but based on what I have seen, it seems torem would be a better choice for mdrol.
Im thinking as long as I run a good pct/ if any signs of gyno during cycle and i run a low dose of a serm I should be good to go with the gyno, no?
 
btw, pct would be something along the lines of

Either Nolva or torem for 4 weeks
post cycle support
lean xtreme


while on cycle, two scoops of cycle support.
 
has anyone used mdrol on a keto diet?? I wonder how that would work?

(70% Fat, 30% Protein for 5 days and the 2 days carb ups)

Mild lethargy and my appetite disapeared after the second week.I didn't even notice the lethargy until I was done with the cycle and noticed I had more energy.So it was very mild.The appetite thing happens with some and not to others.Loss of appetite is a sign of liver stress.Just cover your bases with estrogen and prolactin gyno and you should be fine.
 
I've run 2 10/10/10 cycles. No sides at all on either of them. Used OCT both times (even though I suggest having a legit SERM on hand, my fav is toerm). My bloodwork always came back fine.

Just eat everything in sight. I had the same gains on my 10/10/10 SD cycle as I did on my 10/10/20/20 SD with 11OXO cycle and with that I was fairly shut down and definitely needed the Torem. I decided after that cycle I'll never go above 10mg and longer than 3 week again.

What do you like to use for prolactin issues?

One serving of Bulk 1 carboxy before bedtime,and P-5-P at recomended dose as well.I heard bass say you should wait untill after the cycle to start,but I used my carboxy 1 during the cycle and PCT and I didn't ever start the p-5-p cause I already take a complex b vitamin yr round.P-5-P is what b vitamins convert to and a small dose = a higher dose of b vitamins without negative sides like permanent nerve damage.

I guess SD already supresses prolactin so you don't need the 2 while on.Just afterwards to keep a rebound from happening.

Is the P-5-P a GNC type vitamin or would need to get it online?
