mdht powder into solution

this is what i did.. worked out ok..

7 grams of mdht
350ml of olive oil


heat olive oil in microwave 1min 4x becareful it gets really hot!

dump powder in oil and let powder sink to bottom

stir oil/powder with spoon

dump oil into blender

blend for a long time..

keep blending...

keep blending...

pour oil into a shaker type bottle

dose as necessary

some but not all of the powder falls out of solution so i just shake the hell out of it before drawing up the solution.

this tastes about 10000x better then mixing with PEG :rasp:

i did notice that the oil will stick to the sides of plastic or things like that so im thinking of just shooting into right into my mouth and then chasing with a drink..


what do you guys think?
I didnt screw anything up did I?

Just kidding. Seems like way too much work than you needed.

Dump it all into a glass jar/container with a good top. Bring a pot of water (enough water to reach the neck of the jar/bottle but not submerge completely) to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Drop covered glass jar/bottle into simmering water. Let sit in simmering water for 15 mins. Remove. Shake. Repeat until complete.

Draw solution from bottle with syringe for accurate dosing.
 
it took like 5 mins..

the only difference i see is that i used a microwave...

so far no problems.. libido is through the roof.. pumps are silly.. water weight dropping.. bf% dropping.. and im eating like a horse
