For me personally, I didn't notice anything significant with using MCT or Coconut oil while eating a regular diet with 30% or more total calories from carbs. I'm curious to see what others have to say, but I'd prefer to enjoy my fats from tastier sources such as avocado and peanut butter.

Like what was said already, I only use it during a cut when I'm low carb to help get in the larger amount of fats I need and for some energy, but when I'm eating carbs I don't need as much fat so I just stick to PB, almonds, olive oil and avacado.
