That must be nice that's one of the things I miss about working at a gym was the lunch time pump sessions
 
Interesting fact about the back acne. I had some as well when I ran thru a tub but I was running Tren at the time so I figured it was from that.
 
Going to put some lead back in my pencil and hop back on the Hercules wagon :)
 
No work out yesterday but in the gym now hyped as far but catching Hella shade for being the new guy here

I hit a reality simple chest session but it felt good
Wide grip bench 155 10x10
Flat dB 1 arm press 75 5x5
Incline flies ss incline overhead pulls 30x12 x75x10x5
Incline hoist press 90lbs es 5x5
And that's it great pump solid veinage great energy.
On a side note I thought I saw a dude that looked exactly like the am member Money at the lake Elsinore la fit. I didn't go up and talk to him but money if you see this chime in
 
Stupid gym opened at 8am today WTF I got up at 7 so I could be there at 730.... Nope!

Barbell bent over rows SS with DB lateral raises 15lbs X10

Really Cool nautilus Lat pull down machine
90lbs ES X20X2
145X10X3

DB rows 100X5X5 SS with Seated Shrugs 50lb DB's X15X5

Thoughts: So my acne is slowly disappearing and I am starting to think it was primarily stress induced. Energy is still great I do notice a better pump with an additional 500mg of agmatine

Yea and today my alarm wasn't set for Monday so I did laps in the pool instead for cardio

Na man life has just been so crazy lately that I haven't been in the gym very much and I HATE IT!!!!!!! plus with this you really don't need a whole lot to catch an energy buzz

Final Review
For those looking for a energy driven preworkout this is a quality option. There was only mild stomach discomfort when I first started taking it but that faded after about the third use. I supplemented in 500 mg of agmatine and found that it did help with the pump but Hercules does provide a decent pump on its own. I tried it on both an empty stomach as well as with food and found littler difference with the quality of work out. The taste is pleasant and it mixes well. I did hit a pr on deadlifts after taking a full scoop and was full on amped. Also I found that recovery in between sets was enhanced. This is a great preworkout option Thank you wanted for allowing me to log this

For sure brother. Any time:) my stupid work has been so busy lately including drive time I work 143 hours over the last 2 weeks. It's been crazy

So all my hard work over the past two months is paying off. I got promoted to a brand new store that I helped set up yesterday, open today, and am the sales manager for. Plus there is a very good chance that I am going to be getting that district spot that I was working towards and got an interview for. But even if I don't get that spot my new store is only 15 min from my house and right next to my gym vs 1 hour away and super far from any LA FIT.
