Alright so as far as routine, I'm going to be following something similar to dc training but modified to fit my situation.
Most of the lifts will follow along dc style rest pause, however exersize selection and rep scheme will be carefully chosen for legs and back work as I am recovering from a spine injury.
I will be eating right at maintenance as my immediate goal is to burn some body fat. I will be resuming my trt which I have been off of for a while now, but running testosterone at 200 mg per week I believe will allow me to have a nice recomp effect on this program while eating at maintenance.
I will be lifting Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will be doing cardio every off day except for Sunday. Cardio will be started at 30 mins fasted cardio in the mornings and increased if neccesary.
Protein will be 1.5g/lb of body weight. Carbs and fat will be moderate and daily ratio will be determined by activity level. Higher carbs on lifting days, lower on rest days.
As fat loss slows and strength stalls I will increase calories and switch towards slowly adding mass for the winter.
Supplementation will be pretty basic. Whey protein, multivitamin, creatine and regular health supps that I like to take for cholesterol and heart health.
Testosterone Enanthate will be run at 200mg a week. May possibly add in a couple iu's of gh and some proviron if I decide not to do a blast once I'm all the way recovered.
Will update soon!
