how can you tell if its a gyno lump forming or just part of the nipple. I have no signs of gyno, no soreness, no puffiness, no sensitivity. But there is a small lump under both nips. it almost feels as if its part of the nipple? i'm on week 4 of a epi cycle. I do have formeron on hand

Directly under the nipple or to the outside?

Put ur right hand behind ur head (like a ab/quad pose in bodybuilding) and check ur right nipple with ur left hand.
Should be able to tell if it's a lump or part of the gland.

IMO jump on that formestane.

Well, first you're not going to be forming tissue on an EPI only cycle. Second, you're probably feeling muscle or fat or gland. The amount of people who think they have gyno or could have gyno is very high compared to those who actually do. As always, if you're really worried, see an endocrinologist. Don't self-diagnose, don't self-medicate.

Yeah what he said.

Most phs don't aromatize but people still get gyno

You're correct, but EPI inherently will stop gyno. It was created as one of the best breast cancer drugs to date, the parent drug was very effective at preventing/stopping gyno. Steroids that don't aromatize can still cause gyno via prolactin and simply by supraphysiological levels of test which increase estrogen to levels we don't want.

I've read logs of EPI helping with gyno at low doses (10mg) but when ran at usual cycle doses of 40-60mg the increase in androgens converting to estrogens can cause gyno

A few months ago there was a discussion on here about this. A lot of people were claiming lumps on cycle with only a week or two in. My thought on this is simple, you take a risk buying a product from the internet. There are a lot of shady companies that will do anything to make a dollar before they get shut down for whatever reason. So, maybe what you think is epi isn't epi. Unless you test it who knows. You're just taking someone's word that it is what they said it is. Same goes with the dosage. We all take this risk, so just plan for every possibility and prey for the best.

I wouldn't mess around. Jump on a low dose letro for the rest of the cycle. That's what I would do

thats too strong soem somethign like epi a. i would rec Dex 0.25mg eod if anything (CEM has it) ... if its even epi
