Maximum training frequency

I currently have a hand injury which is inhibiting me from doing any upper body exercises other than for abs and maybe my front and side delts. As a result, I'd like to use this time to focus on my abs and legs. So my question is, how often should I hit these each week for maximum progress?

Legs 3x per week or EOD, you could do every day if you can manage the volume to accommodate the frequency.

This is completely individual. Depends how fast your legs can recover
