Just wanted to get this up and running!! Will update daily with workout... because of my work/study schedule I workout 4 days straight then 3 days off. I will get some videos up in here and some cheat meals as well!

So today's workout.... had to get in and out of the gym semi fast today!
Took the stack one scoop of each about 25 mins pre workout.
Man did I sweat and have a good amount of energy today!

Incline Barbell Bench-225(6)245(6)255(6)
Flat paused bench-305(4) 315(3)x3 315(5)
Banded Incline Dumbell press-75(10)x3 sets---- these are killer
Banded Decline Leverage press- 2 sets of 8--3 second negatives

Rope extensions 3 sets of 15
4 second negatives dips=3 sets of 8 reps

OVerall I forgot how good iforce products taste!

So today was one of my two workouts for the week as my test gets closer and closer I will be spending more and more time studying so today I had to get in and out and back to the books


Pull ups - BW+35- 4 set of 8 reps
Tbar Pulldowns- 215(8)X4 sets
Deadlifts- 545(3)585(3)605(3)--- not PR but good considering I am deadlifting once every other week
Defifict Speed deadlifts- 455,475(2) 495(3)
Dante Cable Rows- 125(12)x4 sets
Wide Grip Behind the neck pulldowns- 135(10)x4 sets
Deadstop Smith MAcine rows- 3 sets of 10 with 185

Overall pump was insane energy was great... hoping this energy lasts while I hit the books

Got in a good chest and shoulders workout today


Incline Barbell bench- 225(8)x4 sets
Banded Leverage flat press- 60lbs per side 4 sets of 12
Flat Paused bench press- 275(3)x4 sets--- tried to hold it on my chest for 3 seconds
Cable Crossover- 3 sets of 15 reps

Seated Military dumbell press- 90(10)95(10)100(10)
Side LAterals- 25(12)30(12)35(12)------ done with 30 second rest periods
Leaning Side Laterals- 45(10)50(10)x2 sets
Rear PEck deck fly- 175(12)x2 190(12)x2

French Press- 100(10)x3 sets
BW Dips(3 second negatives)3 sets of 10

Overall great workout today... I like how max out has no crash

Overall great workout... fast paced longest part of my workout was warming up my deads

some bad news and reason for not posting.. yesterday I was diagnosed with the flu and am completely confined to my bed for the next 7 days.
ZERO appetite .. and every muscle and joint aches.... go get your flu shots

Oh man...seems like it's goin around everywhere. I'm still sick with something that I picked up a couple days before NYE...rest up and try and eat man.

dude I swear to god the flu is the worst I have ever felt.. Throat hurts, body is killing me(muscles and joints) nose has not stopped running. Have to take 7-10 days off from the gym. Its been a rough few months for me with some injuries, now this plus studying 6 hours a day and switching my work hours from 1800-0600 in the morning

I hear ya...I'm just now getting back to having productive sessions where I don't feel like death warmed over the next day. Oddly, performance (strength-wise) didn't suffer when I was in the gym but afterwards, and the next day I actually questioned why I'm alive lol...hope you're feeling better as the days go. It's not easy being physically and mentally out of the game.

Same, I'm just getting over a 3.5 week sickness that has kept me out of the gym the entire freakin time!

3.5 weeks no gym?? Dude, I'd be lost. I voluntarily took like a week off at the end of November but by the time I hit day 5 I was itching to get back into it. Are you able to start training again?
