Got the yellow gold powder: wasn't sure how much to take so I popped about 1/3 heaping teaspoon (probably too much). I felt kinda groggy/out of it on the way to the gym (defintly hypo as someone in the gym told me I looked like I downed a handful of valium before hitting the gym), then proceeded to have my strongest chest day in recent memory. Hell, I was using 90 lb dbells for high reps in incline db flies. This is defintily a product with a VERY strong and real effect. I noticed this on the very first dose....I plan on capping and will keep everyone updated...
