I have been reading alot about this routine and think i will be starting it soon for a summer bulk. I was wondering if anyone has used this before and what your thoughts on it are. There are a couple questions I am unsure about but will post them if anyone responds.
Ive done a variation, incorporating the Max OT principles and had good strength/size gains, its a solid program with good principles and a solid split. . . . . .nothing beats 5x5 tho
