I was wondering is it possible to follow an exercise routine based off the max- ot principles combined with cardio to both increase strength but decrease body fat percentage..?
I wouldn't use this for the first time while cutting because it is demanding, from both a physical and mental sense. I made this mistake and could not recover properly.
Difficult, but very possible. I have been dropping fat and gaining strength for a few months now. The thing to remember is that you will lose fat more gradually because your kcal deficit isn't as large. However, i prefer to do it this way because I don't feel as food restricted and I can still lift very hard.

yup..its a longer process than going for straight cut...lots more patience needed....i'm also getting some small strength gains on lifts while cutting..must say its bonus though
