Max-OT or Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 powwrlifting routine

Which of these programs produces the best strength and muscle gains overall?

I'm planning to use one of them for 8 weeks.

On a side note, I'm incorporating fat gripz to the mix as well and use it every other week if it's max-ot or use it the the last 4 weeks if it's jim wendler's.

Any suggestions?

Bump especially since 8 weeks would be perfect time because you peak in the 9th week. Its pretty demanding make sure you do alot of assistance and rotator cuff work, low reps wear a guy down.
