Mt weight has gone up, i have gained bodyfat but im fuller and seem to definitely be gaining more muscle than BF.the fullness has been lasting all day throughout my posterior.

Ill get another pic up soon changes are starting to come on quick.
Awesome! I need to start researching more and run something like this soon :)

Seems like Max Bulk "kicked-in" fairly quickly for HugoJaya too - he was noticing effects all over within a wk or so. Never a bad thing when the gains commence!

Training: (power) upper

DB incline press: 100lb 5x5

DB Shoulder press: 80lb 3x10

Weighted pullups: 45lbs 5x5

Did dips, chins, hammer curl, and rear delt fly also at the end of the workout felt like a hyper day got a little to lost in the ego but everything felt great. Forgot to take gym pic again but i legit looked like a different person. Will take one tommorow even made myself a reminder for tommorow morning.

Also strength is definitely coming on noticed it on the incline presses.

Damn I never thought this would kick in so quickly. Always a good thing when you dont have to wait for the gains. Should be a great cycle

High bar squat: 250lbs 5x5

Trap bar (low grip): 315lbs 5x5

BB SLDL: 185 4x8-12

Felt so primed after my mobility work today, one of those days when all lower body lifts just feel right! Finished up with standing body weight calf work till failure.

Weight: 164lbs will check again tommorow to see if this is true weight.
Progress pic, flexed lats and abs with a pump:

I feel my condition is near how it was when i started just 5-7lbs heavier, it seems like every body part ive been working on growing is finally responding its amazing to me.

Tell me about it. I'm just hoping to minimize my middle age belly during my run. My hopes of looking like carbcrazy went byebye when I got all domesticated by my wife and kids.

Training: (hyper) push

BB flat bench: 185 4 sets of 12-15

DB incline press: 80lbs 5 sets 8-12

Weighted dips: 45lbs 5 sets 12-15

Pec fly machine: 80lbs 4 sets of 12-15

Weight: 164lbs (+6lbs)

Body seems to be tightening up, and endurance and recovery between sets is through the roof. Today the pump through my upperbody was hindering performance which sucks, but it looked great. I got great pumps natty but on aas its literally rediculous now i understand why all the gigantic dudes at my gym do half reps on their movements.

Ill get another pic up soon!

High bar squat: 185lbs 6 sets of 12

Goblet squat: 100lbs 6 sets of 12

DB SLDL: 80lbs 4 sets of 12

Lying ham curl 120lbs 3 sets of 15

Finished up with standing calf raises BW, no pyramiding weight today felt solid and beastly. Endurance is awesome on this stuff and i have no negatives to report.

Everyone get in on Mountainmans log he just started!!

Sumo DL: 285lbs 3x10

DB SLDL: 80lbs 4x15

Felt bulletproof, finished with standing calf raises. My hams and glutes just feel solid and beast seems like i am able to engage them so much harder than usual and its translating to my lifts. I know strength is rising but im not pushing my numbers up, im just getting in the extra reps with the weight.

Ill have another pic tomorrow.
