Training: (power) lower
High bar squat: 250lbs 5x5
Trap bar (low grip): 315lbs 5x5
BB SLDL: 185 4x8-12
Felt so primed after my mobility work today, one of those days when all lower body lifts just feel right! Finished up with standing body weight calf work till failure.
Weight: 164lbs will check again tommorow to see if this is true weight.

I feel my condition is near how it was when i started just 5-7lbs heavier, it seems like every body part ive been working on growing is finally responding its amazing to me.
