Yup! Not planning to stop anytime soon! "Deload" is going well.

I woke up one morning and my stomach was a little funny so I skipped all my AM supps. I had no other stomach issues. I developed a theory that the Alphamine I was taking wasn't playing nicely with my AM DTP/RT/Sunami/E2-X stack. I've skipped it the last couple of days and I think that may have contributed the most to my GI issues.

I'm still taking 1.5 Scoops Ether, 1.5 Scoops JP8X Hardcore with 1 or 2 EF5s preworkout. Mixing Dieselade in at various times as well.

Still owe some workout logs, but here are pics from yesterday. Weight was 222 yesterday and 221.5 today. Trending sloooooowly in the right direction! More of a recomp, as I've been saying.

So I lost a whole week apparently! I still worked out, but didn't get any logs or pics posted. So here we go, trying to stay on top of this week.

Weight is still heading down, I even spent some time below 220! Weight today was 221.

Also, DTP is treating me well now, no more stomach issues. Loving it!

mattierocks, just curious where you ended up with all this.

Did you stick with Get Diesel when your first batch ended? Or, did you move on to other things?

What were your final impressions/grades for the GD stack?
