MassMax XT questions

Thanks everyone. Massmax is in the post. I’m going to try gain some strength whilst reducing my waste size. Getting married later this year so the wedding diet has started!

Yeah, 95% forskolin extract. Dosed at 50mg per day, studies have shown it can improve body composition (increasing lean body mass and decreasing fat mass). AlphaMax XT actually has this full daily dose, as well as other ingredients like ashwagandha that have also been shown to improve mood, performance, and body composition. AlphaMax XT and MassMax would actually make an awesome stack, but either one alone is still effective of course.

I did the alpha and massmax stack on my bulk. Although I gained size I lost my definition. Think that was a mistake. Should have stacked it during my cut. Currently on keto cut along with IF. Got my definition back. Last to go is the dreaded lower body fat. Shredded most of it off but just haven't got under 10% body fat yet. I was at 7 before that stack. It's harder to back this time around. Effin frustrating. I'll get back to it though.

Results are diet dependent. I can cut or bulk on both AlphaMax and MassMax.
