ok all I have transitioned out of this thread but i didnt want to leave with out before and afters. so to be clear, the before pics are not actual.. but very close to were i started from. so again those are not accurate but are at least very close.. i would say i might have even been heavier than what these pics show.. not sure to be fair..

the afters include 2 weeks of vector /stack and some pretty intense eating including sweets over halloween and general over feeding.. some of them will be right at the end before i started to clean out..
