today will be Cardio only.. I spun up the MIIT/HIIT today for 65 mins total after cool down. 5.66 miles @ 884 calories expended, and an average of 132 bpm

I am still wound the fek up!

leg day is on deck..

my hips are achy today.. my feet are a little raw. ive literally ran about 50 miles on the crossfit machine this week. most of that with an exaggerated stride height. looking forward to tomorrow as I don't do cardio other than the warm up.. which will help if my legs get sore. then sunday is my rest day.
that should let my wheels get healed up. im almost down to 205 and getting leaner so ive added significant mass this time around which has kept the loose skin to a min.. im starting to see some sag around the lower abs that are still covered in fat along with my lower back.. HPG makes me want to get leaner and leaner but im not sure I can keep it up. for the time being I will continue to eat good cause I have the wife on a diet and im doing all our cooking and preparing. by loosely following along with her I can probably drop a few more pounds before bulking season.. which I hope to keep a little cleaner this yr. anyhow its at this point I have to be careful not to get hurt. that seems to be the limiting factor for me the last several yrs. everytime I get lean I get hurt.

ok so todays leg sesh went really well, considering the gym was a mad house.. I literally had to walk a few laps during the process to wait for the leg curl machine and the calf press.. anyhow it was pretty good.

ive gotta say if you havnt used VLs epiandro dosed in the 900 and up range, you are really missing out. this stuff makes you fire on all cylinders~ you just feel strong and confident.

I totally posted it somewhere.. but you got to watch the video ben pakaulski did on full stretch. its not as cut and dry and in fact I just started using 30 lbs DBs after doing these for a couple yrs strait now. they are very difficult for me and my ***** shoulders

yesterday was back and triceps.. with a biceps feeder..
they had to place a new handle bar on teh preacher machine i like to use.. dont know if its that or i just got sloppy... but i tried to scalp myself yesterday with the damn thing had to go home do to the bleeding.


today i donned a hat a went hard on shoulders with bicep feeder.

massive pump and im cooked right meow.. waiting for 1 oclock so i can start my meals.

in all seriousness, i am totaly pleased with this yrs progress after destroying my back at the start of the yr. There is alot to say about consistency and persistence.. 207 this morning but starting to show some saggn skin..something i was trying to avoid by cutting super slow. its been close to 22 weeks i think now.. if i was being totally honest with myself i would say i need to loose 20 more lbs to be contest ready.. not sure i will get to that till my next cut.
bulking season starts on the 31st yo!
 
yesterday i did legs for round two... i tweaked my knee on the 5th set of hacks so i had to back all else off including SLDLs.. 6/10

today was a bit better.

UPDATE: whether its the Eclipse OTC AI or the dark carnival at high dose.. i have broken out on my middle chest, with these hard lumps they dont come to a head but are painfull.
 
had an unusual cramp yesterday.. actually i had one of the most severe cramps ive ever had.. the I T band clamped up as i was waking from a nap.. so i immediately tried to straiten my leg.. i guess it was the wrong move as my entire leg clamped down hard and buckled me over, i couldnt get undone for close to 5 mins... i was starting to worry and calling out for my wife to come rub on it or something! anyhow it fukin hurt the rest the day yesterday and is still sore AF today.. high dose epiandro is no joke? makes you strong and virile as well as gives you bad pumps... today is an off day but i did dink around with my wife during her cardio sesh to help work the leg loose a little.. barely worked up a sweat but felt some re-lief ..

I really rated epiandro on my first two cycles and used to cramp then, never put it down to that but not running it this time and no cramp......never had anything like yours though, sounds horrendous....

this is it... last day of blast is here. that means i will be closing this log in 2 weeks time. i will use the washout period to fine tune my physique and polish what i can. final pictures will be posted along with a starting point comparison shot or two if i can find them

well close... i destroyed my back in its entirety and made my pythons draw a crowd today.. i wore my 4m police shirt and the arms are really tight. people were commenting, chicks were smiling and the power in the muscle was tops! theres these two crossfit chicks.. they are married women but i kept catching them staring until i got busted by one of them grimacing and whining to myself how much blood was in my arms and how bad it hurt.. it was obvious today how blowed up they were

Update: weigh in today im at 203lbs.

beating my goal weight by 2 lbs. i will continue to eat clean for at least the next two weeks but likely longer!
 
shoulders today.. funny how short lived the andros are.. most people dont realise they are in and out of your system in like an hour.. some of that is because the body will get rid of anything it cant convert via enzymes and then the rest that makes it into the blood stream has a half life like oral trest. maybe even less.
i felt alot weaker today than i did last week on shoulder day.. ah.. its cool im ready to deload and heal up a bit from all the training. my bad elbow has been singing for the last 2 months but i keep pushing. decided its time to back off the feeders too.. so today was shoulders and tris no feeder for biceps.. they will continue to get hammered on arm day and a little on back day. but other than that im going to give my elbow tendons a break and get some active release done on it to help work better in the future.
hoping all the weird acne starts to clr up as well. im sure in a week i will be seeing a change in my skin and what not.

today im breaking out the VECTOR... i plan to run it till its gone then start my next clean bulk.

my hope is that i can hold my current mass and stay stronk.

i have continued to loose fat. today down to 202,

some of that could be a little glycogen expelling but im on a low dose of test and the EPI i finished with was real dry soo i doubt much of it is.
 
so i took yesterday off.. slept all day!

today was legs. they are cooked. and then i hit the hot tub~

vector on deck and putting together a bulking cycle in the mean time.
