MassHGH/Testodrol X9 Log (Sponsored by Lecheek Nutrition)

Congrats on more PRs man. As far as your day off question; Listen to your body. You have to give your body time to rest and recover to grow, but if you feel like you should lift then go for it.

Agree with Capt. Take a rest. Sounds like you are getting some great results so far :)

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

Decided to take the day off yesterday. No exercise at all.

I stayed to my low carb diet and I am now use to it. No hunger what so ever and energy level in PM have improved.
My arms are getting veiny at rest state. Even the vein on shoulder appears at rest.

I woke up refreshed again. One drawback is that it takes me about 30 minutes to fully get up due to the deepness of the sleep. Once up, I am ready to go !

No DOMS remain. Recovery is good. The dry skin and thirst is gone and in exchange, I now have a big red zit. At 42, really ?

With lifting done for the week, more cardio rest of the week. I may set up a workout just for arms which I never do.

Onto tomorrow.

Day 13 (6/15)

Supplements:
Lecheek Nutrition - Mass HGH - dosed 3 capsules 30 minutes prior to bed
Lecheek Nutrition - Testodrol X9 - dosed 4 capsules once a day in the AM with full glass of water

Diet:
Calorie deficit (1,892 calories)

Exercise:
Cardio - Elliptical (1,131 calories burned)

Strength - No observations today.
Appearance - Mirror check. I am looking real lean. My waist looks smaller or shoulders are wider.
Workout Energy - Full of energy.
Normal Energy - Refreshed and energetic.
Sleep - Had nice long sleep. Woke up from deep sleep on my own. Rest of the day was cake.
Recovery - No soreness of any kind.
Libido - Random effects with very little stimulus.
Skin condition - Skin is oily. Popped the stupid zit. Can't feel anymore coming.
Joint pains - Zilch.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

I went to sleep at a decent time and woke up on my own with out an alarm clock. Slept for about 7 hours non-stop. Woke up and felt like I was under for a long time. Felt groggy and it took about 20-30 minutes to get up. Once I was up, I was good to go. Good relaxed energy all day.

I am looking much leaner and muscles are looking full and pumped. Veins on forearms are here to stay at any condition. So is the little vein on my left shoulder. I am looking like I have more of a V shape. Either from waist getting smaller or shoulder getting wider.

Diet is still good and I have eaten the lowest amount of carbs to date today. It wasn't that bad at all.

I do not have any muscle soreness at all. DOMS have stayed no more than 1 day which is amazing especially with increasing weight each workout session. DOMS normally stay around 2 days for me.

Nothing crazy in the gym today. Whatever I decided to do, I knew I had the energy for it. I did no cardio for 2 days, so decided to knock that out. I had to change the parameters which made it difficult to maintain calorie burned. I will elaborate further in couple days if everything else remain the same. I am still happy with 1,100+ calories burned in 60 minutes. I am done lifting for the week, so I wondered around for about 5 minutes. I found the the rope climbing machine, so did that for 20 minutes. I contemplated lifting more during the week. I decided against it. I want to maintain status quo just for the fact that it is easier to monitor progress and PRs. Rest is not bad anyway for muscle growth.

No softball tomorrow. Our team is out of the playoffs. I am thinking about playing coed softball during the summer. Can't be bad...right ? Hot weather and girls ? OK, some of the girls. Wait...girls in shape who wear tights who play softball. Yeah...that's it. If you have watched college women softball on ESPN, you know why I say this. (Sorry for not being politically correct) Some of those girls are tough to look at. With this league about 3 weeks away, i will probably do cardio tomorrow and throw in something like the rope climbing machine (upper body cardio type). Then to the beach with my GF to walk for 7 EASY slow paced miles. Weather is supposed to be nice, so good time to get a nice tan. Two days of strict carb control (109 grams total for 2 days). I will probably cheat a bit tomorrow with shore food and some alcohol in moderation. Goal is to stay at maintenance level. Eat bad food, but do not exceed 2,383 calories + calories burned during walk (about 898 calories) :) Should be fun.

Have a nice weekend everyone.

Onto tomorrow.

Nice update and agree with the espn comment ;)
I wish I had the climbing rope machine by us :(

I really like that machine. I put it on high setting thinking it was going to be easy and had to quit after 20 seconds. Imagine climbing rope with just arms and without legs.

On low setting, it wasn't so bad. More like one of those supported chin up stations. It measures distance climbed and calories. Haven't figured out how to enter settings yet, but will soon.

After I was done, my arms, hands, shoulders, upper back and traps were burning.

Awesome update brother!!! Yeah man our spring league tourneyment part hasn't started due to 3 weeks of rain on Monday night's cancelling but nothing is showing on radar for this Monday!!

Wow, bad luck with weather. So funny how we sit and wait everyday to play softball...LOL.

I will post yesterday's update later tonight. Still recovering from yesterday's day of horrible eating down the shore. (beer, pizza, fries, shrimp po-boy, jerk chicken wrap,.....etc.)

First horrible day of eating this year. I am starting to regret it even though I walked 7 miles and did cardio for an hour yesterday.

To the gym now for cardio and legs.....guilt training. I may not be out of there for hours.

Day 14 (6/16)

Exercise:
Cardio (Stair Climber - 1,070 calories burned)

Strength - No observations today.
Appearance - Started real lean in the AM. Bloated up in the PM due to diet. Ugh !!!
Workout Energy - Normal energy. Cardio was a pain today.
Normal Energy - Good energy all day.
Sleep - Slept well the previous night and woke up again from deep sleep. All day energy.
Recovery - No soreness. None should be expected since I did not lift.
Libido - Excellent all day. Stayed full and ready to go from all the nice "views" at the beach.
Skin condition - Oily, but no breakouts.
Joint pains - Zip.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

Sleep, energy, recovery, libido, skin condition and joint pains have not changes for a long time now. Great sleep, well rested with energy throughout the day and at the gym, libido high, skin oily and no joint pains whatsoever. I have a feeling this will not change for the remaining 2 weeks of this run.

Cardio was good, but i was not into it. I tried a different machine to change things up a bit. (Stair climber) it wasn't enough to get me excited. i think I was anxious to get on the road. Completed a workman like non-descript 60 minutes of heavy sweating cardion and I was done.

i mentioned something yesterday about changing the settings. Why ????
I had a huge drop in weight this week and ended up yesterday at 222 lbs. Now let's get this straight. All my workouts and diet are geared towards cutting. I realize where I am and I know cutting is more important than building for me. With the calorie deficit and hours of cardio of no less than 5000+ calories burned each week, i should have been dropping more weight each week. Yes, I was ecstatic. I also knew that since i am gaining strength, there was major recomposition going on here. I had to change my input (weight) on the elliptical which made it harder to keep the level of cardio burned at 1,100 level. I am OK with this. This is normal. I tried a different machine today just for variety and i ended up around 1,000 calories burned again. At lower weight, now I have to make an adjustment and goals. Goal is now to stay at 1,000 calories burned or higher per day of cardio.

You guys know about ebb and flow right. Damn if it didn't hit me right between the eyes.

My GF and I went to the beach and walked for 5 miles. Sat down at a restaurant overlooking the beach for some food and beer and walked another 2 miles. What is the problem ? I ate shrimp po boy, jerk chicken wrap, fries, cole slaw, 3 slices of pizza and beers galore. WTF. Why did I feel so comfortable that I decided to pig out like this ? I exceeded my calorie goals by 1,400. I ate even after I felt full. Definite no no. SOB ! I am so F'n upset about this. I think a cheat meal and couple beer should have been enough. Not sit down and graze on a huge container of boardwalk fries while sucking down beer. I was scared to even look at the mirror. i knew I was bloated to no end. refocus. Damn it ! Get back in the game and get your head on straight !!! I promise you. I am going to pay for this. I am not sure I will get back to 222 this week, but I sure will damn try. Sorry for venting. I felt like the capthowdy and wanted to punch through the wall.

The net result ? When I report my weight this week (all measurements and pictures come out Tuesday), it won't be 222 lbs. (I already recorded it and know what it is). i would have loved to report it as such, but I blew it. I also have pictures ready, but I need to format it and get it ready to post. I am running a training session at work for my department, so I got to go to sleep soon.

Onto tomorrow.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

I will go right into workouts with this update. i pretty much said a lot writing update for yesterday.

Woke up feeling bloated. Crap. Well rested...but bloated.

I was on a mission today. I had to workout really hard this week to turn back the negative results from Saturdays transgressions.

i jumped back on my regular elliptical and set it at 222 lbs. Why ? That's were i should be. i know it's going to be tougher and I know I weigh more than that, but that's what its going to be until my weight goes lower. I hit 1,080 calories burned at a very good pace. i sweated like crazy dripping sweat from my face, arms and my wet dry-wicked shirt. I got off the machine and realized I only went for 55 minutes. Not bad. Dumb, but not bad. I cut 5 minutes from normal time it takes to do 1,050 or so calories. I was stoked and ready to lift.

I went through the leg extension/leg curl supersets pretty quickly through 6 sets. The weight felt lighter. i increased the weight by 20 lbs on each and finished the remaining 4 supersets. It was tough, but it felt really food. My quad and hamstrings were really pumped at this point.

Now the leg press. i felt real good going into it. 180 felt real light. 270 was nothing, 320 was a bit tougher. i went slower on these to try to get good contractions. Now the last set. I loaded 370 lbs on the press. Why, I was lazy. i did not want to go find 4 x 10 lb plates, so I used 2 x 25 lbs plates. The weight felt great ! When i was done, I did 38 reps. New PR for weight and reps !!! Now you may ask, what I get out of doing so many reps ? Good question. My entire leg does contract like crazy and stay pumped after this workout. i also have DOMS the following day. I guess I feel like I am putting the max work in without risking injury.

I am very wary of my lower back. One wrong move and it will spasm and go out. I will be immovable for couple days. i also don't want any knee issues at my age since I still play recreational sports. I am using weight that I think I can handle for 15 reps. as I get better at this, it looks like my baseline assumptions are way off. Leg Press is something I have not really done until few months ago, so I do not have past history to fall back on. I realize this is becoming more like an aerobic activity. All that aside, PR is still a PR. I will increase the weight on these next week. Also scrap 180s and start at 270s for set 1. Thinking 420 for set 10 and see where that takes me. i still want minimum 15 reps.

Very good day of workout and i am satisfied. Need to keep the intensity up. I want not 222 lbs, but 220 lbs by end of the week. Unrealistic ? Let's find out.

Onto to tomorrow.

I hear you on the back thing! Its always something that is in the back of your mind. I guess when we get older we tend to lift smarter.

Yeah, smarter or be out for weeks. I never had injuries playing sports until few years ago. Now it's my back, elbow, shins, ankle, foot, achillies,...etc.

Did not make a big thing out of it, but it seems like my body temperature has been high in the last week or so. This is at rest. Something else to monitor I guess.

FUM!! I hear yah on that! I'm 32 well will be end of this month, and playing softball since graduating high school's taking a toll on me. It's good yeah, but hurt me playing the years I was really over weight. My joints are hating me but the more weight I loose, they forgive me more lol.

Yeah, I tried playing flag football at 245. Ended up with heel spurs and achillies issues. LOL.

Appearance - Bloating has finally started to go down since Saturday.
Workout Energy - Good energy at start of workout. Momentum and energy build up enabled me to finish the workout strong.
Normal Energy - Good energy. Too laid back now ? Maybe a good thing.
Sleep - Well rested. Getting up and going is a bit of a chore after waking up from a deep sleep.
Recovery - No DOMS whatsoever on legs. I am disappointed.
Libido - Libido strength continuing to be a constant.
Skin condition - Skin is oily not just in face but on my arms as well.
Joint pains - None.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

Great sleep last night. Woke up well rested from a deep sleep and it took a little while to get going. NO DOMS at all on my legs, which was a little disappointing. I either did not work them hard enough or the recovery from this stack is really improving. I am bit irritable these days, skin is very oily and my body temperature is up. All good signs I guess as far as clueing in on to see if the stack is having an effect. Feels disgusting though at work and I find myself trying to clean up more throughout the day.

The bloatedness has started to go down a bit. I may need to cut out potatoes and beer completely until this run and the impending follow up cut is over. I hate this feeling. Two straight days of low carbs. I am going to try to restrict it even further for the next couple days before refeed.

Had a nice 2 hour nap after work and I was off to the gym. When I arrived, they told me they were closing early for some party. I only had 50 minutes, so I had to work fast. I stepped onto the elliptical for 45 minutes and went on a nice pace for 896 calories burned. I left this gym to go to the second one to lift. The second gym had a lot of new equipment, so i tried them out. They have something called body masters (similar to hammer strength) and they also had nautilus. I got on the body masters to do my pulldowns and went on the nautilus to do my pullovers. I had no baseline for these, so i had to do couple warm ups to get the feel of the weight. My lats felt good and pumped. i may come back to this gym next week for back workout.

Now the rows. I felt like I did not challenge myself enough last week on the rows. After 2 easy sets, i loaded the machine with 280 lbs. This was the weight I used last week for my last set to set the PR for reps. Now, I am using it as my pre-exhaust for 7 sets (so I am up +50 lbs on pre-exhaust). The weight was definitely heavy and it was a struggle. I was luckily able to finish. I walked around for a minute to get myself psyched for the last set. i loaded it with 330 lbs. I still felt strong and got this weight up and proceeded to knock out 9 reps. I started to feel my hands slip and my forearms aches. It was a major struggle to get the last 3 for a total of 12 reps. New PR for weight !!! I stripped it down to 230 lbs and rowed 8 nice reps to finish it off. I will again comment that because i never went heavy on these before, I really dont have a true baseline. They are considered PRs since I am adding weight weekly, but my ceiling might be a lot higher than what it is right now. Upright rows and shrugs next to finish off the back.

I had veins everywhere and my traps, arms and upper back were pumped up. Always love the look when the traps are all swolen.

More cardio tomorrow and shoulders.

Onto tomorrow.

Dude u r looking good. Especially from the side, really tightening up!

I've been on a new eating routine for the past week and really dropping bf by the hour it feels like! In short- unlimited fat and protein- zero carbs. This means no fruits/veggies/even salad- all off limits for 3-4 days straight. Then one CARB ONLY meal on day 4 or 5. Do not mix protein with carbs or fat with carbs. I'm eating about half dozen eggs a day.. Unlimited cans of tuna, chicken and egg salad, bacon, Ham, roast beef. You feel so satiated from the fat n protein that you dokt want carbs. Energy and mood has Risen to all time high .. Ps- I wash my meals down with a shot or two of heavy cream.. This is supposed to help increase hormone profile. It was originally developed by vince gironda back in The early 1900's. Called his definition diet, usually followed for 12 weeks to cut bf and peak. More modern versions would be considered the caveman diet. Something to consider since u seem to be cutting the carbs- I say try this out, even for a week.. You'll get results in days especially with all your cardio..

Thanks Cheda. I really appreciate it. I am down 38 lbs since beginning of the year and looking to drop another 35 or so by end of the year. That will get me to 190 lbs. I have also seen definite recomping effect so I have been trying to not focus on the scale too much.

The diet sounds interesting. I think I might give it a go. Any issues with energy ? That is the only thing I am having issues with current diet, so I try to eat right before workout.

None! It's higher than ever.. After my cRb up on Sunday I literally disnt wanna get outta bed monday morning. But today- after NO carbs and a killer workout yesterday, I couldn't stay asleep, had to get up and out! As you move forward, you'll need to force your body into lipolysis.. Meaning no fuel (food) prior to working out.. U gotta force your body to use stored fat. (once you hit sticking points). But try it.. And as always feel free to ask. This may help.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

I love lifting days. I look forward to it as I get up in the morning. Nothing like lifting, having muscles gorged with blood as you move the weight giving you a glimpse of whats to come. Nothing like having that sense of accomplishment, feeling great and wanting to come back for more.

Woke up from deep sleep and got up slightly groggy. Less groggy than usual. Brushed my teeth, got ready for work and I was ready to go with full of energy. Great day at work and I was really forcused on task at hand. Felt great all day as I looked forward to lifting tonight.

My skin was not as oily today and I had very little DOMS from previous day's workout. I only feel soreness when I contract my upper back hard. This aspect of the stack seems to be improving each day.

Got home and took a short nap. Ate my chicken with some mustard with eggplant and spinach on the side. Drank some water and I was off to the gym.

I got on the elliptical and I felt good right away. It usually takes few moments to get going, but today was different. I went on a good pace for 60 minutes for 1,000+ calories burned. My body was soaked with sweat so I changed to another shirt and went over to the lifting area.

I took a little time with my shoulder presses to get a better feel of each rep and this caused my shoulders to pump up like crazy when I reached set 9. I changed the stack for my 10th set. The weight lifted off nice and easy and I was able to get 14 reps up at a nice tempo. The 16th rep took about 3 seconds to get up and I had to fight hard for the 16th and 17th rep, while making sure I did not arch my back. My shoulders were pumped and my forearms and triceps were burning. A new PR by 1 rep !!! I love this machine. I think it was made for me. I feel great lifting on it and it always gives me a great pump. Like last week, I went for an 11th set. I found more added on weights to make it 217.5 lbs. I got it up nice and easy, but my shoulders felt like they were on fire as I had to fight for every bit of 7 reps. New PR for weight !!! OK it's only by 7.5 lbs but who cares ! I stripped it down to 140 lbs and did a drop set of 7 reps.

Shoulders are by and far my favorite body part to work. Always get a good pump and strength continues to be improving. I am going to stay on the shoulder press machine for this log next week as changing machine will make it difficult to measure strength gains. Then I am probably going to move to barbell presses of some sort or even smith machine presses. This will allow me to continue to add weight without having to find those add on weights.

I went over and did some rear delt work for 10 sets. I looked around for something to do laterals on and saw a keiser machine. Yes, one of those pnematic machines that uses air as resistance. I tried it out and it actually felt pretty good. I did positive and negative reps for 10 sets and I was done. I might have to try this machine again next time as a finishing off exercise.

Little over 1/2 way through this stack and I am very happy with it so far. I definitely see recomp effect with strength gains and muscle fullness. I am also starting to see little bit of weight loss as well.

Cardio again tomorrow and chest workout to follow.

Onto tomorrow.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:

Had a decent night of sleep hours wise and woke up more refreshed than normal. No groggy-ness today. Continuing with my low carb for a while. I think I am going to take it into Friday. Energy level is good and workout energy has been good. No off the chart energy at the gym, but that is due to having low blood sugar due to low carb diet. Oily skin has gone down a bit with no sign of breakouts. I am not feeling any DOMS. This has been a trend for few days now. Due to MassHGH/Testodrol ??? Probably, as I know I haven't lowered my workout intensity. I still miss it.

My confidence is high and libido is definitely up. Other than physiological effects, I am drawn more towards hotter women to start up conversation. Not saying I am getting a positive response back.... : ) But that does not deter me. They are missing out...right ? LOL.

No nap today. Felt like going to the gym right after work. Ate a steak with some fried onions. Drank about a liter of water and I was off to the gym.

Started with cardio to get moving. I went on a decent pace with some HIIT thrown in. 4 min steady and 1 minute max for about 30 minutes. then 9 min steady and 1 minute max for the last 30 minutes. Another 1,000+ calories burned. My body was gorged with blood from circulation and warmed up my body to tackle the chest work out. The starting weights are really light now. Will definitely change them up after this log.
The first 7 sets of HS Incline Press were really easy. The 8th was a good working set. The 9th was productive at a very good tempo and I was ready for the 10th set. Felt really good moving the weight to start, but when I hit the 9th rep I did not have enough strength to finish the 10th. Srry....no PR today. I loaded 20 lbs more for an 11th set. Again, I did not have the strength to go past 5 reps. No PR again. Disappointing. seems like strength has stabilized a bit ? Or maybe building towards next week ? Not sure. At least i did not regress. After making gains for 2 week, a bit of stabilization is not a bad thing. I stripped off weights to 270 lbs and 180 lbs for 2 drop sets to finish it off.

Did some hammer curls, fly/press super sets and finished the workout with chest press on the strive machine. The strive machine splits resistance into 5 parts and stresses that part only. I tried it out and it really pumped up my chest. A nice finishing move.

No PRs today, but I am OK with that. I went through the workout and know I gave it my all. This will be a nice base to build off for next week.

Onto tomorrow. Lifting is done for the week. Not sure what I should do. Definitely a light workout or no workout at all. Maybe work on biceps, triceps, lower back or abs. Parts I have been neglecting as I have been concentrating on larger body parts with the goal to drop the lbs first. Maybe it is a good time to add some of these now to start getting a better shape on the muscles.

Yeah, but I could use more variety like PJ.
Regardless, if I can continue to add weight then I will continue with hammer strength. I think it was made for me.

I love the Hammer Strength machines, the iso movements are great for me to target weaker muscles that get overshadowed doing bar exercises.

Thank you Sir !

Thanks man. I still have a long way to go to get my strength where I want it, but it will come.

Sick volume on that shoulder workout. I got sore from reading it!

Thanks Rob. I still have a ways to go as far as shedding body fat, so I have a lot of volume in my workouts to get cardio benefits out of it.

Summary:

I am done lifting for the week. Contemplated doing nothing today, but I can't seem to stay away from the gym. Had to get into work early today, so I set my alarm for 5 hours. Woke up from deep sleep rested and relaxed. My GF said that she thought I drank the night before and passed out. i did not move an inch and she is loving it. I am usually all over the bed. Oh yeah ? Get over here !!! I don't have to tell you it was a great morning and start to the day. A quickie as I was ready to go as soon as I opened my eyes. Libido is really strong at the moment. I have to keep my mind clean as random thoughts are sometimes triggering a reaction. Note to self, stay away from the marketing floor. Those girls dress to impress !

Ate a lot of chicken and really stayed away from carbs. The lack of energy from low carb usually happens on the first day after refeed. Even with low carbs, I felt great. Got home. No nap and off to the gym.

Knocked out a quick hour of cardio and went home. No loitering. Just in and out.

Nothing significant to report appearance wise and I was not really looking today.

Got home with a bowl of some grilled chicken and put the NBA finals on. What a boring game. I ended up passed out in front of the TV.

Not sure what I'll do tomorrow. I think at least cardio. I want to keep this going and finish strong. Time is running out. Just a little over a week remaining on this stack.

Onto tomorrow.

Summary:

Working from home Friday. Which means I can sleep till I wake up. Actually slept for 8 hours and i felt amazing when I got up. Felt like I was on vacation. 20 days in and sleep effect is still going strong. The kickstand is there, so libido is still going strong as well. Wow, 20 days in. I am 2/3 of the way there before I run out. How quickly time passes. Took a shower and checked out the mirror for a bit while I brushed my teeth. Muscle shapes are getting better and I am definitely getting leaner. I also saw several breakouts on my face and shoulders. Even after shower, my face felt a bit oily.

No signs of DOMS for several days now. Am i not working hard enough ??? high T should help me recover better, so maybe its the stack doing its thing. I am going to really test it out next week. Push for PRs, add burns + supersets and drop sets.

i got my work done in the morning. ran some errands and met my GF for a Friday night date. Vietnamese food and gym ! Love that girl. You can paint all the rooms pink if you want. (except for the basement)

Had a huge bowl of Beef Pho at the restaurant plus a slice of red velvet cake for dessert. Yep, refeed today ! Ate more sugar than I wanted, but I am happy withe the macros i ended up with. Lots of pasta, fruit and veggies. All in all, i only went over total normal calorie target by 308. I felt great and did not feel bloated at all.

GF had to run some errands, so I got to the gym first. Jumped on the stair climber and knocked out 60 minutes. I was full of energy. Probably from all that blood sugar from dinner. I was done and my GF was not, so i moved to the lifting area and messed around. i am done with lifting for the week, so i did not want to lift heavy. I went over to the strive machines. Strive machines have similar concept as nautilus and stage reps. You do a full range of motion, but the stress is put on only part of the movement. There are 5 major area settings. I call them angles. Basically what i do is put it on setting 1 and do 7 reps, immediately goto setting 2 and do 7 reps and so forth until I finish all 5 angles. Felt great and they actually got my muscle pumped.

I went through all the machines. Strangely enough, nothing for shoulders. i did not want to do machine presses. i ent over to body masters area. Body masters are similar to hammer strength with much more leverage. Meaning you can lift a lot more weight. i get addicted to shoulder exercises quickly. Once i got started, i got on a roll and ended up doing a pyramid of 6 sets with decent weight. Insane pumps throughout.

i did some shrugs for fun at the end and noticed the long veins on my biceps again. Loving this !
I am glad i decided to lift. Good for the mind I think.

Going to the beach tomorrow. It should be sunny with no humidity. I am not going to go off my diet this time. Last week really killed me. Will try to go low carb and no beers either and DEFINITELY no fries !!!

Life is good everyone. Life is good. Confidence positively affects everything you do in life and the confidence i have gained so far is making life fun.

Onto tomorrow.
