Massage Schools (online)?

I know massage training cannot be completed entirely online..

1. Are there any schools which offer some massage classes (anatomy, physiology, etc) online?

2. Any schools which will accept online massage classes (anatomy, physiology, etc.) as part of the diploma/license requirements?

Beings it's a certification that can be obtained in a typical semesters length, I doubt it. Why not set some money aside and attend school when you can afford to go full time?
