Still training hard powerbuilding style + some cardio
Added epilogue to the mix n not taking super PCT at full dose. I can only handle super pct about 4 pills max/ day. Ups my heart rate n BP somehow.
Strenght is slight less compared to when i was 185#. Pressing is def weaker. Could be also due to that im off creatine. I have gotten leaner. Too many changing factors to effectively say if OL supps are the main contributors. Ill keep running massacre n epilogue till bottles run out. Plan to run vector next
got vector in and took first dose today.. def feel much better pumps in the gym.. the effects from massacre and epilogue was wearing thin/away. I wouldnt completely write those supplements out. But i probably wouldn't purchase them again. super PCT def works because i get decent morning woods after taking it the day before. I def leaned out in the last 1.5 months but most likely due to dropping calories and IF. My strength also went down which is usually the case. so the claims of increased strength didnt pan out for me. If were true my strength level would have stayed same.
I am kinda in maintenance currently and will transition onto Vector. We will see what BLR product brings...
ran vector for about 5 weeks at maintenance calories and dropped to about 172-174#. def got leaner. i dont track cals but i can estimate cals from how i feel and previous experience. I been lifting for about 15 years + im a registered dietitian so i can easily estimate it.
strength kept dropping - most likely combination of losing weight n too much training (lifting + BJJ). so didnt think that vector helped to keep strength but def played a role in losing fat.

ordered vector and follidrone. will be running them for 4-5 weeks more and will post numbers, pics, my further opinion. for the next 5 weeks i will be eating more so we will see how that affects strength
dem trap veinz yooo.. soo I continue at maintenance calories, just trying to recomp n gain strength that i lost last month while i did BJJ hard core. Also pushing crossfit style workouts, + big 3 lifts regularly. Follidrone hasnt gotten here yet. I probly will start that by friday/sat.
Added follidrone about 9 days ago n it definitely helps with recomposition big time. I def can feel leaner while taking it. I definitely would have gained fat with current diet without vector n follidrone. So far from
