Worked friday and saturday nights, so sunday was napping most of the day between feedings.

Weight ~270.5 for the past two days.

I am starting to add some carbs back into my diet. I really don't like the 'flat' look that low-carbs give. Chocolate cake, cookies and ice cream here I come!

I wish.

Brown rice tasted damn fine with steak and broccoli today though.

Workout today was fantastic, I hit my numbers and still had some left in the tank.

Pinned 1ml EQ in the left quad tonight. Also started 1,4AD 2caps @600mg.

Felt like sh!t yesterday and today. Definitely getting sick.

Not sure if that 1,4AD is agreeing with me yet. I get super hot and start sweating within an hour of taking it. It also kept me awake the last 2 nights. Hoping that subsides.

Good news is that I finally scored my IGF at a ~reasonable~ price once it came back in stock.

Weight is ~270 still but woke up 'looking' leaner this morning and slightly 'fuller'.

Anxious to hit it hard tomorrow.
 
keep it up man. 270 is HUGE. anyway. I tend not to care about weight as much as how i feel and look. I'd go by that. It can be more motivating....
 
Fantastic workout tonight. Aggressive as all hell. Sometimes a few days rest is required and not really optional. Hit all my numbers tonight except bench. I've timed it just about right with my 5x5 routine so here on out I am shooting for PR's (week 4), either in reps or weight.

Delts were a little sore going into it, murdered them, and now am pretty much unable to raise my arms.

Endurance/recovery is up, had some in the tank and even though it has only been several hours, still feel like I could attack it again.

Took the second 1,4AD cap earlier today to see if it resolves the insomnia side.


Pinned 1.5ml Prop and 1ml EQ into my right quad. Yeah, I'm probably asking for it, but my ass still felt like I had cheek implants so I wanted to give the oil another day or two to disperse.

Yeah, I am definitely looking better every day. I am only watching the scale so make sure it doesn't start climbing or dropping rapidly.

I can swing ~10lbs either way in a few days if I am not careful. It seems like a lot, but relatively speaking, its only ~<.5% fluctuation.

yea i know. Thats very true. That is why I barely look at the scale. numbers are only a quantitative representation of the physique. The mirror truly doesnt lie.

if i look in the mirror too much i get a distorted image of myself. i feel as if i'm not gaining at all actually. if i keep my shirt on, and look every other day or so it works out much better for me. but that's easier said than done when you're on a cycle!

Lol yeah i do the same thing. I always think i haven't gained any but then my friends will ber like you look alot bigger are you on "steroids" nah not me :blink:

I know what I see in the mirror isn't really indicative of how others see me. Body dysmorphic issues or maybe you just get so used to 'seeing' yourself everyday that changes are more subtle.

I see myself as 'average', with parts that can be brought up, slimmed down, changed, whatever. I get nit-picky over littler things.

Others see me as 'huge'. They are quite shocked when they hear how much I really weigh. I've been called Andre the Giant (I didn't take that as a compliment, but he meant it as one), the football player statements, and the general 'you are a huge motherf*cker', 'wouldn't want to fight you', etc. comments from people I just meet.

Just yesterday I picked up my mail at work and I got a tech mag with an ad for a security product on the cover. One member of the 'team' was this big, jacked dude. Someone wrote my name across his chest before it got put in my bin. That I took as a compliment. :twisted: Even though that is not what I look like.

Perception is a funny thing.

I've started wearing long sleeve shirts to work now and even THAT was commented on. This is really the reason I want to contain any bloat and am not shooting for 'scale' weight. I probably wouldn't notice a damn thing but it would have all the hens and nervous nellies chattering about 'juice', esp with how prevalent it is in the news now.

If I can continue to recomp nicely and silently under my clothes, all within my normal scale fluctuations, I will be very happy with this cycle. As of right now, muscle hardness is way up, midsection and even my face is looking leaner, shoulders/forearms are getting defined, quads/calves look great and its only just begun!

I couldnt relate to you more. Im about 240 and I feel normal. I look in the mirror and see a normal guy my age. I get discouraged sometimes and continuously ask my gf if I look big. Shes always like your HUGE now shut up or your going to get a 'hot head' (ego). It truly isnt about an ego. Its that I actually dont always see myself as big. Its funny you mention the long sleeves. Thats exactly what i have done. Before using gear I would wear extra tight sleeved shirts and casually try and flaunt the fact that I workout (not arrogantly though). Now I walk around in big baggy long sleeves and sweat shirts. It's my way of hiding until Im ready to show off the physique im working so hard for.

Body dysmorphic disorder is truly something that plagues me. Although i will say I am not going to let it attack my health.

all of my shirts are big and baggy now also. i used to wear cut offs and stuff in the gym every time i worked out and just like you i would like to show off the fact that i worked out so i would wear the tight short sleeved shirts when i was out. now i'm the exact opposite and i have people telling me i look big in a hoodie. i'm like, 'how can you tell i'm wearing a damn hoodie!'

hoodies are my staple outfit hahah. I feel I look bigger in weird way when Im covered up than when Im wearing a tight T-shirt
 
yea but its still a "depressing" (for lack of a better word) mental state to consistently be in.....

I always laughed at my ex (who was a size 0, YES ZERO) she would 'creep' up to a size 2 and start freaking out. I guess now I understand what she saw (or didn't see) in the mirror.
 
Decisions, decisions...

I have been selected to run and give feedback on the Beta release of the upcoming Neovar #2.

I've never really been a creatine responder, but I tried out two bottles of the original several months ago and was absolutely impressed by it. Even other nutrient partitioners like YG did very little, if anything for me. This product absolutely surprised me and I would love to run the new version as I think I can give solid and honest feedback regarding what its doing.

Here was my review of it when he asked about it:

After the initial gastro problems (day one), I've had sick 'all day' pumps and some increased vascularity.
I've noticed veins across my chest that were not there before and my hands/forearms now have bulging veins. I've gotten lots of comments on 'looking bigger' without any change in bodyweight.

Neovar/carb timing wasn't always perfect, but the second I had carbs, I swelled up. For example, I worked out, got decent pumps, ate more caps, ate a large breakfast(steak and eggs) and went about my day, a few hours later I headed to the Great American Beer Fest. After about the 8th 1oz sample, I thought my skin was going to rip. My arms were rock hard. It was almost painful.

I've always considered myself a creatine non-responder, I've tried just about all makes and models of it too. Never really got anything from straight monohydrate, even at high doses and with optimal intake (fully dissolved in grape juice). My pre/peri workout drinks contain CEE and Di Creatine Malate, but since introducing Neovar, the pumps have been sick. I'm not sure of any strength type increases (although I have been increasing steadily) as I had just changed up my routine to a higher volume workout.

Strictly from the mirror perspective, I've leaned out at an accelerated pace as this stuff was really the only 'change'.


Lanbane realizes that I am 'on' and that doesn't seem to be an issue, but one of the stipulations is running any 'insulin type' product in conjunction.

I have already ordered the IGF and a few other things, but when I opened the package today, there was a note saying they ran out again and will ship ASAP. Their site says "new stock en route."


For the Neovar beta, it will run 4 weeks, starting in ~9 days or so.

The decision will be to accept this beta product (which I REALLY want to do) and push back the start of my IGF by a few weeks which would really extend well beyond post cycle therapy if I just shuffle things downward. I don't think it would be that big of a deal.

Or I can pass on the opportunity, run the course I've got outlined and let someone else give it a go.

Meals were a little screwy today as I was busy. Workout was good tonight, strength was a little down, but it was productive nonetheless.

Pinned 1.5ml Prop and .5ml EQ into my left delt.

Tomorrow is EQ/Enth in the glute. Hopefully this BD sh!t don't hurt like the BP prop did.
 
i heard all the BD stuff is pretty painful. High BA content i think. I know how high BA can be, with the stealth line.

Yeah, the 'sneaky' stuff is definitely painful. BP makes that line, so I sort of expected it.

We shall see with BD.

My own 'recipe' -
3 #'s Cooked and rinsed ground beef
frozen spinach
frozen peppers
frozen onions
stewed tomatoes
diced tomatoes
1 jar of low sodium pasta sauce
1 box of Barilla 'Plus' Rotini - 17g Protein, 360mg Omega 3's and 7g of fiber.

Cooked all day in a crockpot, add pasta the last 30 mins.

I get ~7 servings from it.

Macro breakdown: Cals : 714 Fat: 25 Carb: 74 Protein: 48


M4:

8-10 oz Sirloin or Eye of Round or Large Chicken Breast
1c Brown Rice
1c Steamed broccoli w/ 1T EVOO and pepper flakes

1 scoop WPI
2 scoops WMS

Sometimes I will have .5 can of pineapple on my cottage cheese if I want a 'treat'.
Meat loaf/patties (Ground Beef, Spinach, Onions, topped with Cream Cheese) gets subbed for Beef Pasta.

Sometimes I just eat 8 eggs and 8oz steak for M6. I can't do Eggs and chicken in the same meal, just too weird.

On training days, that's about 4600 cals, 40/30/30 and about 450g of protein.
Non-training, its about 4100cals 45/20/35 and about 430g of protein.

Previously, I was lower carb, so no Oatmeal, Pasta, Brown Rice, Milk, Cottage Cheese, or WMS.
I cut the portion sizes a little to drop cals, 3800 on non-training or so and I start dropping weight.

I really want to start buying gallons of liquid egg whites from Egg Whites International as the 'egg substitute' gets expensive.

Pretty boring...
 
So all the stealth line is pretty painfull? Is there any way to make it less so?

A-S is supposed to be the worst. I think cutting it with sterile oil would help.

Balkan made the prop I have, but I've heard that their Enth isn't any better. High BA content or something. When mixed with the EQ, it was much more tolerable.
 
If I didnt have to wear a shirt in the gym I pry wouldnt. :D

How'd the prop in the tri feel???

I train at home, so I don't have to worry about wearing shirts or shoes for that matter.

Actually, the tri shot was probably the least bothersome of the lot. It was 'tight' for a few days, but no pain like the quad.
 
sounds like a good diet. Mine actually looks similar. I wouldnt consider it "super super clean" by my standards. But by normal standards its clean. (if that makes any sense). I think there is a fine line between and 'clean' diet working and not working and satiety plays a role. I haven't tried the crock pot idea yet. But its convenient and relatively effortless. Also the meat must be tender and flavorful! I'll be sure to give it a go sometime and find a recipe of my own.

Yeah, i did the chicken, broccoli and rice and egg white only omelets ~uber~ clean thing for awhile. I much prefer the high protein/good fats. I like red meat too much.

I did get a big bag of frozen shrimp recently that will get thrown into some meals for some variation. Those little guys are packed with protein.

Crock pot is a lifesaver. I can make a pretty mean buffalo chili too!
 
You need to through all those into the recipe forum! i have a crock pot and need some more ideas!:food:
 
fvck! I almost forgot about buffalo. Gotta start eating that. bought a 5.5qt crock pot. 29.99 at target! Im try out some recipes and let you guys know.
 
Meat is actually buffalo. It is pretty prevalent here in CO. Lots of ranches have large herds, I think they fetch more $$ than beef cattle.

It's a great lean meat. I had a buffalo prime rib a few weeks ago here: Invalid Link Removed

They have liquor license #1 in CO. Old cowboy hangout that serves elk, gator, buffalo, rattlesnake and even rocky mtn 'oysters'.

I'll dig up my chili recipe and post it shortly. I've been down and out the last few days. Between sickness, lethargy, and insomnia, I'm a hurting unit.

I've been trying to dose the 1,4AD earlier in the day to cut down on the insomnia, but it has absolutely killed my appetite for most of the day. If it doesn't subside soon, I'm going to drop it as I'm not sure what its going to 'add' anyway. I'm hungry, but my stomach feels 'off', like I could puke at any moment, food stays down if I force it, but there isn't any real 'desire' to eat.

Could be the sickness too.

Test E/EQ shot in the right glute sunday was painless and I did a prop shot into the left tri last night, no issues with that today.
 
you'll get through it man just eat up and stop taking that 14ad. i've read nothing as far as gains with that product so i would have to think it's bunk.

I was going to give it a few days and see what happens. I do know that I get super heated, like sweating and flushed about an hour after dosing. Again, could be the illness, but it really seems to coincide with starting it.

It appears 'the boys' are starting to go on vacation and my libido is almost non-existent right now. Hoping that reverses itself in the next week or so. Not sure if the libido issue is related to the 1,4AD or not.

I have HCG on hand, but don't want to play that card yet due to mixed 'shelf-life'.

Pinned 150mg Prop and 300mg Test E into my left glute and 300mg EQ into right delt. Prop is about gone, ~one more inject left. Can't say I am sad to see it go. I am still mulling the superdrol vs. Prop at the end though. If I go the prop route, it will NOT be BP again.


Oh yeah, on a completely unrelated note, I ran across this today and thought I would share:




I think I would make sure I could do chin-ups consistently before I tried a stunt like that...

my next cycle will be based solely on prop (and tren ace). was it that miserable to inject? hopefully i can get something other than BP if so. I hope your libido and appetite stabilize. they should. once your body adjusts the hormonal changes it should.

as far as the HCG. I would not cycle longer than 4 weeks without it. it made a big difference IMO. I never imagined recovery would be as smooth as it is right now. (knock on wood). I usually just bite the cost of wasting some because of shelf life. I grab 2 vials. It may not work as well as time passes but it works. I wouldnt be too concerned.

That sh!t seriously hurt. I have a VERY high tolerance for pain and normally I am not a whiny little b!tch, but this was like someone beat my arms/legs with a bat repeatedly. It hampered everyday movement, let alone being able to train. Red and splotchy, slight swelling and kind of painful to the touch. I know my injects were clean/sterile/good and done slowly as it never happened with EQ alone or the Test E, even into the same location. Just did not agree with me at all.

I think I will go ahead and get some BD prop and some more HCG. Waiting on slin pins and BW, so I will probably start the HCG late next week.

The reason I switched to injects was my distrust of 'designers', not to mention the unknown physical damage that they do to you. I figured this was a decent way to 'get rid of them' once and for all, as I have a few bottles of EST's SD clone on hand. Perhaps they will just get flushed, right along with the 1,4AD...
