Im new to supplement and im trying to get some advice on a good mass gaining stack any advice would be appreciated.
 
Vasocor, Dark Matter, Multivitamin, strong Fish Oil, FOOD, Weight gainers, Whey and Egg protein, soy or casein before night. More Food. Sleep. 1-1.5 Gallons of water a day. Oatmeal. Xtend.
