Should I take AP before taking the mass shake or with P-Slin?
Also could someone suggest timing for taking Prime and AP around the P-Slin mass shake, that would help me a lot in understanding how to cycle these products, I'm confused as to whether to take 5 days on and 2 off or stick to a few week cycle on and off, any suggestions would help in clarifying my understanding of dosages and timings, like for instance would it be excessive to take P-slin twice on one day of the week (say 1.6g in total, the rest of the week 800mg in the mass shake.)
