Mass made simple??

Anyone have any experience with Dan Johns mass made simple?

Looking to do a six week bulk and not sure whether to jump into this high rep squat workout or stick with what I know and out a PHAT style programme together.

Have never gone wrong with Dan John before but worried if this won’t give me as much mass in the upper body.
 
I have not. I've sort of followed Arnold's Blueprint to Mass plan and I liked that plan though.
