Mass GH from Olympus

Im currently taking Mass GH from Olympus, 10mg of MK677 and 4mg of LGD every day.
Ive been experiencing some discomfort with my right arm, tingling and numbness. Quite severe actually. I know these are possible side effects from MK677, I was advised to stop and I have the past two days and these symptoms have seemed to go away.
I was wondering has anyone else had these symptoms and if so did they go away with time whilst taking it?
 
At 25mg, I have had some numbness in the wrist / hand - almost like mild carpal tunnel or beta alanine tingles, but no more than that. At 12.5mg, I did not experience any of this
