Could be Water ??
Hmm...I'm not sure. I wake up drier than a desert. I drink about 70 ounces of water/milk each day and sweat pretty good now while on PX white and doing cardio. It must be muscle. I will post pictures and measurements on Friday and let you guys be the judge :)

I'd up that water amount to at least a gallon. With lower carbs, your body will hold less water and could lead to increase cramps.
 
Could be stress...
Lower cals and gaining means you need to switch something up and/or take a break from dieting.
I bet your vacation will only do you some good and will respark your metabolism.

That's the plan. Packed my chocolate from Christmas and of course Pop Tarts. I will try to practice self control, but no promises:)
 
No room for being good on vacation. Enjoy your foodz.
 
Vacation is not the time to worry about macros and foods. Enjoy the time away from the monotony and indulge as much as you want.
 
Day number 7 weeks and 5 days if I remember correctly (might try Omniscienti to help with that problem :))
- it's the last day and it's been great
- I am hoping to get to the gym if the snow isn't to bad

Yes, and my least favorite. It's coming down pretty good right now. I'm loading my Explorer and head on my vacation to RI and then Maine for 5 days :)

Here it goes. I'm very pleased with size increase and strength increase: 7 weeks and 5 days on AlphaMax.
Starting information: 12/8/14
- measurements:
Calves- 14 1/4 Thighs - 22 Waist - 34 1/2 Chest - 42 1/2 Upper arm - 15 1/2 Lower arm - 12. All in inches
- weight: 173lbs
- Body fat: 12.7
- max bench: 250
- max standing overhead press: 150
On 1/5/15 I weighed 180.5 and dropped my calories from 3,500 to 2,500 (2,150 for the past 2 weeks).

Week 7 day 5 Results:
- measurements:
Calves: 14 1/2. Thighs: 23 1/2. Waist: 34. Chest: 42 1/2 Upper arm: 16 Lower arm: 12
- weight: 177lbs
- body fat: 12.4
- max bench: 260
- max standing overhead press: 165
Pictures posted a little later. I need to get on the road as the snow is pretty crazy and I need to get out of here :)
 
Wow thats really impressive!!

Gained 4lbs, lost body fat, lost a 1/2 inch around the waist, added 1.5 inches to legs and 1/2 inch to your arms!

Pretty impressive stuff man great job!!

You look bigger and better in them all, but the difference in the upper arms is fantastic !!!!
 
My next run will be Iron Champ USA's HPTA and Volume stack if anyone wants to follow that. Should I wait more than a week after AlphaMax to start though?
