Awesome squat PR! Congratulations!
 
I have found a new supplement to push me harder at the gym: it's my college son coming home and wanting to workout with me. It is working well. Yesterday a new rep PR on squat and today a new rep PR on deadlift with 375x2 (200lbs over my body weight).

I have been using Rise and Swell by Mind and Muscle for about 4 weeks. I have also been using Tribulus 1500 for about 2 weeks. I will run out of Tribulus today and start HPTA by Iron Champ USA. I'm still considering this part of my PCT. I'm planning to continue through at least a 6 week PCT. My PH run prior to this was only 4 weeks. My strength continues to increase through PCT. My weight and size is increasing as well.

Good morning everyone! We have some messy weather out, but I still made it to the gym. REM 8.0 worked pretty well and I feel pretty good this morning. I bench 250 for 2 today and then 205 for 6. I'm pretty happy with that.

2015 had some bumps and hurdles I didn't expect, including 2 surgeries. These hurdles slowed my training down, but didn't stop it. I'm entering 2016 with 1 goal: join the 1,000 club. I will bench 300, squat 300 and deadlift 400 before the year is over. To hit these numbers (and greater) I will return to the Sheiko training program I have used in the past. I have a log for this and will restart in that log today. If you would like to follow I will post a lot link
