2015 had some bumps and hurdles I didn't expect, including 2 surgeries. These hurdles slowed my training down, but didn't stop it. I'm entering 2016 with 1 goal: join the 1,000 club. I will bench 300, squat 300 and deadlift 400 before the year is over. To hit these numbers (and greater) I will return to the Sheiko training program I have used in the past.
