marijuana tolerance

I actually quit smoking cigs at age 21 and quit smoking pot for a year when I was 21. Now if I ever smoke either....it's only on the weekends and I do it to enjoy it...not because I need it.

see the thing is that its every single day. the brain chemistry changes and the body is used to having it in the system 24/7. during the week id only smoke maybe a gram or less at night, but weekends it was completely out of control. up to 6-7 blunts a day. still not as much as some but then again, the herb affects everyone differently. do yourself a favor and google marijuana withdrawal forum, you will see exactly what im talking about

A good buddy of mine kills about a gram a day, and you can tell when he hasn't had any, he gets really pissy. Me, when I smoked that much, i'd miss it a lot, and be fiending for it, but as far as anyone else noticed, no mood change, thankfully.

That is what I am striving for with the cigs. I actually had quit for a month, but a good night out led me to wanting one, thinking I wouldnt smoke any more until another time I am out. Didn't work for me. I definitely need to stop though, not only do I feel it is slowing my gains, it is also a terrible health choice.

See, now that would rule if I could pull it off, but I know if I ever have another cig, I'll just start smoking again. sucks.

break everything down into wants vs. needs. your needs are your basic things to survive (food, shelter, sex, company) and your wants are the desires to artificially relax etc.. minimize the wants like a true zen buddhist lol and life will be much simpler

As far as tolerence goes i smoked about 7 to 10 times a day for about four years and i still got high just as easy as when i first started but i had to smoke alot more frequently to keep high so maybe try just smoking before bed cause the habit can become expensive.

I found ST. Johns Wart demolished my craving for cig's.

You just need to quit for a solid year or so before you'll be able to have a handle on it. That, and i refuse to ever buy a pack of smokes. Maybe if i'm on vacation or something....but when i'm on the grind during the week no way. If I do smoke....it's usually on a fri/sat night and after getting out of work at 2:30am

That's okay. And that's good that you know that.
