Depends on how fast you want to stretch out your tub of MAP. I know its not cheap, but the absorption of MAP is phenomenol. Personally I make a big 2 or 3 scoop MAP shake with 2 scoops of Ibcaas and 5g of glutamine. This is my pre and intra workout drink its been working out great. Post workout lately has been casein/whey but im goin to switch it up and use 2 scoops of MAP with 3 scoops of Anabolic Halo, basically goin back to carbs and protein.
