It seems like I’m telling you about another offline peptide company every week or so, and this week is no different. I just got word that XXXXXXXXXXXXX went offline. It looks like all of the peptide sites are going down, pretty much at the same time. I will note that the first one I heard about was PurePeptides.com, and as far as I can tell there have been no charges filed yet. In general, the first person in a group to get busted (*especially when no charges are filed), is the person who brought down the rest.
As a side note, this is the chem company who shared an almost identical address with William Llewellyn. Most people (myself included) thought that there was something fishy about this, and (incorrectly) thought that there was more than a coincidence at work. Sorry Bill.
Llewellyn is also claiming that the exposure from my blog caused law enforcement to bust this company…but while that is potentially true (I guess?), it fails to explain how this could be be the latest in a string of half a dozen sequential peptide busts, the first five of which involved companies not previously mentioned in my blog. Again, while I’m well aware that law enforcement agents regularly read my blog (hi, guys!) , I would say that the preponderance of evidence suggests that there is a concerted and centralized effort in taking down peptide companies, and this is simply the latest in that pattern – not a result of anything I may have previously written.
