MAN'S new GAME CHANGER WHA WHAT! PF3 BIO ACTIVE PROTEIN!

I'm using Game Day right now and that's it.

I see. Im using condense, as it's my new fav, but I still add in some things I feel missing. agmatine, citruline malate, leucine (using man's fermented leucine now).


LEGs today:

started with pre exhaustion: leg extension ss with leg curls 150x 3x10

back squat: 185,225,245 x 10

dead lift: 185, 225 x 10, 245 x 8

3ft high squat box jumps w depth jump into squat: bw x 3 x 10

wanted to add some weight to the box jumps, but I was feeling shaky. still, 15 sets in about 30 min.

post workout I decided to give something different a try for this last couple weeks. 6 scoops of pf3 post workout.

just did it now, and had some what felt like grape bubble yum at the end, so I just put more water in, and will hit it up again when the foam is all gone.
 
6 scoops post? damn, talk about an outside the box dosing strategy haha

Holy crap, hopefully the recovery kicks up a notch with that much at once!!!

Any GI issues from that much at one time?
 
Ive been mixing 2 scoops in seperate shakers consuming 10-15 min apart.....seems to mix better with no clumps

Of course pre an post, but Idk, maybe it's the small size messing with me psychologically?

Cause I'm used to reaching for my 5lb tub of hydro whey first thing in the morning, and for the last few weeks, I haven't been.
 
I put 1 scoop in a shaker with some water and swirl it and the PF3 dissolves just fine. Then I add the Leucine and it seems to mix fine that way. If I try and put both in the shaker at the same time they seems to clump together

No hydro protein for you? no whey!? (yeah yeah, bad pun :P )

noticing differences since you've been replacing protein with PF3?
 
Leaning out was mine, more definition

my diet is crap and I'm still staying lean and full haha, I mean PF3 is the only thing that's kinda saving me right now
 
I haven't had to run to the bathroom 30 minutes after chugging a protein shake post workout. Really not missing whey at this point.

5 x 10x80lb ass to floor front squat with shouler press

4x 10 x 155 ass to floor back squat, super set with 55lb d/b shoulder press

4x10x 135 good mornings s/s with 60lb b/b bent over curl

Calf raises b/w + pushing my self down, 3x10, ss with 20lb d/b lateral raises.

quick workout, but the intensity fried my legs. not sure about the rest, but my quads are already sore.

No pf3 pre w/o, pumps were good with Dpol/condense stack, but not like when I have pf3 in there too.

good that you decided to do that, good judge of how it impacts pumps. Glad it makes a noticeable difference :)

I don't think you need to cycle it.

cycling not required. And because of the limited availability of it we have to do microbatches. The raw material is really hard to get a hold of :/ but we're gonna keep this train rolling

Older thread but I wanted to add. Just finished a tub of PF3. One scoop pre and post workout.

Taste: I would give it an 8 out of 10
One of the better tasting products IMO

Mixability: 3 out f 10
Very poor. I can only compare it to a properly poured glass of Guinness. It has a large foam head that is very annoying and I feel I actually lose some of the product.


Performance: 8 out of 10 hard to say seeing I didn't run it solo. I'm on a cut also using xgels and EC. I had success on xgels and EC in the past but I've also lost strength and a little muscle from the keto carb cycling. I give it an 8 because as I'm dropping weight I'm also still getting stronger so that is why I give it an 8.

Will I buy again? Not in its current form as a staple item. I will use it again for next years summer cut. I would love to see a re-formulation to deal with the foam and it would then become a staple for sure.
