Alright, so as the title says, I feel as if my chest may be lagging a bit compared to my other body parts. With the help from the fellas at Team Scivation, I am going to be really targeting chest for the next 4-8 weeks.

My routine will look like this...

Monday - Chest A
Bench 3 X 3-5
Incline Bench 3 X 6-10
Flies Crossover 3-6 X 10-12

Tuesday - Back + Traps
Rack deadlifts 3 X 6-10
Pull-Up 3 X 6-10
Bent Over Row 3 X 6-10
BB Shrug 3 X 6-10
DB Shrug 3 X 6-10

Wednesday Off

Thursday - Chest B
Bench 3 X 3-5
Incline Bench 3 X 6-10
Flies Crossover 3-6 X 10-12

Friday - Legs
Squats 3 X 6-10
Stiff legged dead lifts 3 X 6-10
Leg extension 3 X 6-10
Leg curl 3 X 6-10
Lunges 3 X 6-10

Saturday - Delts + Arms
Military or DB Press 3 X 6-10
Cable/Dumbell Lateral Raises 3 X 6-10
BB Curl 3 X 6-10
CGBP 3 X 6-10
DB Curl 3 X 6-10
Skull Crushers 3 X 6-10

Sunday Off
