Volume day
Did squats yesterday and did bench and bent over rows today.

Damn my strength was way up. I went into the workout feeling fatigued and during my warm up it felt worn out. Then once I got to my working set I had no problem hitting 5 reps for 5 sets. I prob could've done 8 reps for every set.

Usually i have 6 reps in me and I stop at 5. So strength I a definetely way up. Will be able to tell more accurately about my strength on the next or day.

Weight gain seems to be about a pound per day since adding in the alpha.

I woke up this morning at about 188-189. Only have one complaint with this.

I see my weight I a definetely going up drastically. But I'm not seeing myself get any bigger. Is this just my mins tricking me you think? Or is it possible that I'm going up 10 pounds and not really getting much bigger. My bf% has also stayed close to the same.

Not sure if I'm allowed to reveal source for where I got the alpha 1. But it is 90% legit I think. Not saying 100% because I'm only on day 3 but I'm confident that this stuff is legit.
 
Also elbow pain is still there.

While benching it seems to only affect me at the very bottom of the lift. Not sure what to do other than going lighter. I'm gunna try rolling it with a ball. Other than adding in a wet compound (4 Andro) and going lighter do you guys have any suggestions?
 
Definitely add fish oil, 3 caps a day. Also glucosamine. I think glucosamine is for joint.

And I just got my alpha. I'm starting 40mg of alpha for 2 weeks today and lowering my 1-andro to 2 caps and upping my blockade to 4 caps.
 
Also, an increase in couple of pounds won't be noticeable because muscle weighs heavier than its size. For example, 5lbs of fat will be larger in size than 5lbs of muscle. So you'll see some difference if you gain like 5-10 lbs
 
Thanks for the reply. I see a slight change but people still think I weigh like 170-175 when I ask them.

I'm gunna try hitting 195 I'm about 8 pounds away.
 
Wednesday---- Day 21 of cycle

Did recovery day today

Dumbbell shoulder press 3x6
Front squats 3x3
Pull ups 4x8

I skipped the front squats today bc my knees have been getting pretty bad aches. Hopefully this will help them reset and heal.

Shoulder press- Damn!!!!! My strength is sky rocketing. It seems every week I am able to grab the next set of dumbbells and do them for 6 reps maybe 7 or 8.

Started at 75 for 3x6 next week i went to a rough 80s for 3x6

Added in the alpha and now I can easily do 85s 3x6. Prob could get 8 reps if I went all out.

Pull ups I seem to be able to do the same amount of reps every time. Keep in mind this is progress though because I am now weighing about 189 on empty stomach (192-193 with food in me) which is a big jump in weight.

No elbow pain today while shoulder pressing.

Slight libido drop

Usually 1 or 2 times a day I get a pain on the left side of my stomach right by my last rib? Don't know if it's related or not.

Constantly feel dehydrated even when my piss is super clear and I drink 1.5-2 gallon a day.

Will definitely be buying another alpha 1. Now that I know this stuff is legit. Don't think I can tell source? If I can then lmk on here and I'll post it.

Last thing it seems as if alpha 1 is amazing at putting weight on you.

Couple days ago I had to work double time for 2 days straight and prob only got 2k calls both days.

And when I weighed myself I still seemed to be 2-3 pounds higher then the days before. So weight gains is no problem on alpha 1.
 
Big PRs today.

To start im gunna say that while warming up it seems when I go for the 5rm or it's going to be impossible. Feels like my strength didn't go up that much. But once I begin my 5rm PR set I become extremely strong and can easily hit it.

Squats---- was feeling good on volume day so I went for a 10 pound PR on my 5RM. Was able to do 5 pretty easily definetely could've gotten 6 but It for sure would've been a grind. So 10 pound PR on squats

Bench-- I went for a 5 pound PR and was easily able to do 5 reps so I just did 6 lol. Didn't think I could do 7 but still I got. 5 pound PR and did an extra rep with it.

Deadlift--- Ran out of time today so I'm going for a PR tommorow. Still working on my form but I might try an all out 3RM or 1RM. Followed by some light volume just to improve my form.

Weight is up to about 192 in the morning with nothing in me. Mid day I can easily hit 195 about
 
Side effects-- slight libido drop, slight aggression increase (a little easier to piss off),

and some light headless but only while lifting and doing heavy sets.
I don't get it throughout the day it's when a hold my breathe while lifting. I usually get light headed from this while off cycle but while on it seems a little more extreme.

From this I would think that maybe my blood pressure is up slightly?

A lot of people seem to be lethargic but I am full of energy really
 
Nice that you're not experiencing any lethargy. Definitely makes the cycle all the more enjoyable. May be a slight rise in BP but if it doesn't happen the rest of the day I wouldn't worry about it. Nice log so far.
 
Did dead lifts yesterday didn't have time to update

Yesterday----

Dead lifts I worked up to 345x3 with good form. Could've gotten 5 or 6 prob but grip gave out. Still working on my form.

Did volume day for bench 5x5 with 225

Felt pretty easy doing it. But my back was sore from the deadlifts yesterday so arching my back was a littler harder than normal.

Weight gain seems to be coming close to a halt which is expected from alpha (blow up then stop gaining). I should still be able to gain weight though bc I am still take the 1 andro and bulking.

Just that I'm define tell not gunna be seeing anymore 1 pound per day gains prob more like 1.5 per week.

Nothing else to really comment on. Will be doing squats and bent overs tommorow for 5x5

Think I might've eaten bad food or something don't think it's related to the PH but I'm feeling like complete **** rn. Hopefully this isn't the lethargy kicking in. I seemed fine this morning.

Side note someone on here pick a number btw 5-15 and comment it.
 
I never had any lethargy problems. I think I might just have eaten some bad food. (Ate at a bowling alley). Damn I actually feel like **** rn lol. Wonder how long this is gunna last for. I'm so nauseous
 
Keep us updated. Might be food related since it's such a rapid onset.

Recovery day
--- hit a pr on shoulders Dumbell press by 5 pounds on each side so 10 pound jump in total.

Front squats I hit a 10 pound PR

Pull ups- still feeling pretty easy despite all the weight gain.



Intensity day

----- I probally only got 1600 calories the day before so tha definetely affected strength

Bench I hit 240x5 which I guess is a pr? I hit 235x6 the week before so it's not that much if a PR.

Squat -- I worked up to 315x3 which isn't close to a pr at all but my knees were feeling pretty cracky so I backed off and I'm hoping to hit a or this week.

Dead lift--- still working on form didn't go for a PR.

My weight hasn't moved ( maybe up 1 pound) since last week
 
Seems like alpha is pretty dry from my experience. You definetely gain a lot of weight on it though. For me it seemed to be about 7 pounds in 10 days roughly and after that you don't gain anymore. So you can definetely kick start a cycle with it.
 
Sorry guys but I'm going to have to cut the cycle short. Today is my last day. I'm getting a steroid test done in 2 weeks so I'm starting pct tommorrow.

First 2 days 100mg clomid
Which is clomid 50/50/25
Nolva 20/10/10

Will post a total review of cycle tomorrow probably. And will keep updating pct gains

Weight gain in total was about 9-10 pounds with a bf% drop of probably 1-1.5%. Slight vascular it's increase.

Strength

Bench (coming off an injury)
225x5 --- 250x5

Squat

Not quite sure the starting weight prob around 350x5 ----- 385x5

Dealift

I worked more so on form then weight as my squat is pretty much the same as my dead lift.

Shoulder dumbbell press
75x5---- 90x5

--- Sides

Slight libido drop. Slight lethargy towards the end of the cycle.

Pct I'm doing the pct in my last post. A 3 week should be good followed by eradicate (anti E) for 2 weeks after.

So far I feel pretty lethargic since stopping the cycle. Definitely lost some motivation and that alpha feeling.
 
Nice gains for sure. Hopefully your energy levels pick back up soon. With your setup for pct you should be good to go. Keep us updated

So what have you decided to take for your pct
 
Also my strength is still there but my joints are starting to limit me.

My knees have been to the point where I can squat but I choose not to bc it will only get worse. I'm gunna do light squats this week and then try to start up again next week.

Also my elbow is having some real pain lately from all the pressing.

I'm gunna push through and hopefully I can heal up.

I'm honestly thinking I will be able to continue to make gains during pct as long as my joints don't prevent me from lifting.

Not feeling any sides yet from pct. I heard your libido could drop during pct? That sounds strange to me bc wouldn't your test levels be increasing?
 
Strength is still there as if today.

My rotator cuff injury from a while I think I found out what caused it which was doing military press bc I tried doing MP today and had the same pain as last time so I instantly backed off. My shoulders are good as of rn.

Only thing I seem to have lost is my motivational drive. To anyone thinkin about starting a cycle for their first time. Beware that you will never have the psychological drive that you do come off cycle then as when you were on cycle.

My confidence when going for a PR is definetely not the same as when I was on.

Also I'm having some hot flashes like my neuter body just feels extremely hot for 20-30 seconds even when it's not hot.

Libido is slightly dropped.
Weight is about the same as when I finished
Other than that all else is going well.

I've decided to take some peoples advice and drop the nolva it definitely feels like overkill for pct.

While cycle was going on my balls were still good. And I never felt lethargy... Not that these mean 100% that I'm not shutdown. But I felt good going into pct.

Starting tommoroe I'm just gunna run clomid only.

50/50/25

Since I'm doing this and I don't have nolva blocking the estrogen should I start taking eradicate EOD?

And damn that stuff is bitter. Not as bad as people say it is. But it definitely leaves a taste in your mouth for 20-30minutes
 
Missed my pr on bench but definitely didn't feel like I lost any strength. I went for 250x5 was only able to get 4 reps.

Also though even if I was on cycle 5 reps definitely would've been a grind bc 245x5 a week ago was a real grind.

Hopefully I'll be able to hit it next week. Didn't do squats this week. Bc of knee pain I'll be starting again next week. Dead lift I gained a lot of strength but it's still weaker than my squat which is a problem. I'm working on dead lift form a lot recently.

Will be starting a cut prob a week or 2 after my pct ends also
 
Knees feel like they've recovered I'm going to take this week light though to ease back into it. I'll prob do some 8-12 rep range work on back squats.

Weight is up about a pound since the start of pct. Only thing I seem to have lost is the mental drive. Libido is up and I have no other side effects.
 
My strength is still up on bench. My bench felt pretty light today but I only did 225 5x5 felt like I could've gotten 7 reps on all sets.
 
My strength dipped a little on squats. But keep in mind I didn't squat for 2 weeks really. I'll be back up quick I would think.

I've lost about 2 pounds so far. My diet fell off these past two days bc of family problem. Im back on track now and im gunna eat extra today to try to balance out the past two days.

I feel like I lost motivational drive and that is affecting my training. For anyone thinking about cycle be sure you want to cycle bc I am honestly addicted now I think lol. I just can't wait until my next cycle in January.

Libido is high. Everything seems to be in check.
 
Sorry for the messed up log too guys. I should've made a more solid approach into the cycle. I definetely flip flopped stuff way to much. With the pct and the cycle itself.
 
Is anyone still reading this log lol? Just wondering.

My total weigt is down about 4 pounds. My diet define rely got messed up this entire week as I was out of state.

Strength on squat is back to where it was at the end of the cycle. Last workout I prob just wasn't recovered.

Bench strength is down by maybe 5-8 pounds my last PR day. I got 245x4 but I also had to do a lot of push-ups and dips the day before so that define tell factored into it.

Deadlift- still working on my form. I might try sumo for a while and stop doing conventional.

Bf% is maybe .5% higher than the end of cycle.

I don't feel like in shutdown tbh. Still have a lot of energy.
 
I'm still reading :) sucks your diet got messed up. Nice that your squats are back up to par. And it's great you still have energy. Good work man!
 
I think my bench is still up. It was prob just from fatigue that didn't let me hit pr.

Ye my bench strength has dropped a little for sure.

I did 5x5 with 225 today and it felt like every last rep was a grinder. Where as while on cycle I prob cudve gotten like 7-8 reps each set.

Not that bad tho considering I've also lost about 4 pounds.

So my weight is almost where it was at the end of the cycle. I'm about 2 pounds lighter than the very end of the cycle.

My strength has dipped somewhat
Bench ended at around 250x5 bench now is 245x4

Squat was close to like 385x5
I hit 375x5 yesterday

Deadlift I'm still working on my form.

How long should I wait before I start cutting?

I'm gunna take 2 more dosages of clomox and then I'm done with pct.
 
I believe this is the 4th or 5th week now.

I was originally just gunna do 3 weeks but I didn't feel "normal again" so I just continued taking 50mg/ day for another week and half

I feel back to being fully up now so I think I'm good. Just gunna take 2 more 25mg doses to make sure.

Ya I feel you. I finished my first 2 weeks of nolva yesterday and I feel like I need a bit more time with the 20mg dosage.
