Manage Headaches on Cycle

Since I should not take a painkiller what's another good way to manage my headaches on cycle?

I take asprin if I cant push through the headaches.

1 tab of buffrin, maybe if it's bad i'll add in 1 cap of tylenol xtra strength. but usually just keep it to 1 tablet of buffrin.

Never even heard of buffrin.
I'll look into.

1 time I was popping aspirin like crazy and got an ulcer so I'm skipping on that ship that's why I stuck with Tylenol, but that's hard on the liver.

Dont take aspirin take advil it is not as harsh on the stomach lining

I'd be looking into why you are getting headaches. Is it blood pressure related? Manage the cause of the problem and they should go away.

aspirin = bad on stomach (good for headaches)

ibuprofen = bad on kidneys (good for muscle pain)

acetaminophen = bad on liver (good for fever)

lol not trying to argue every drug has a wide range of effects and yes every drug is better at certain areas over others we can leave it at that
