Man Clout - anyone experience pins and needles

Has anyone experience pins and needles all over their body when they took Man Clout? I took my first dose this morning and about 20 minutes later I had pins and needles on different parts of my body at different times, on my ears and the top of my head, then on my legs or trap area. Is this anything to worry about? I am use to pins and needles in my legs and arms but not my traps, chest, ears or head. Thanks!

I found out it was the beta-alanine. Thanks anyways.
