Swearingen is charged with one felony of 4th degree assault, 5th degree assault and disruptive intoxication.
 
Wow what is this country coming too? These people are put in charge to protect our citizens and they can't handle a wet willy?
 
I can't imagine the State Attorney's will put much effort into this one. I would hope not anyway.
