male issue

i dont know what it is about working out, but everytime i hit the weights my package shrinks up almost inside my body, penis and everything. starts 15min into workout and lasts about an 1hr after. WTF....... anyone else experience this????
 
no, i dont get the numbness, but working out and realizing that my boys are gone, sht. never thought that it could be an injury, i will talk with my doc about that. also will give that article a read you posted. does it happen to you at any other times??? i had it constant for years until i found out i had no testosterone in my system, now that im on testosterone replacement they hang just like they should, but only when i workout do they retreat back inside my body....

Are we talking, "where the fvck did it go?" of just "significant shrinkage?"

Anyways, I do get significant shrinkage when I work out. I always assumed that as blood gets drawn into my muscles, it leaves my junk which I'm not using at the time.
 
I have actually looked up this as well. from what I have read it is a white thing primarily. One of the reasons why we can be 1 inch cold and 6.5-7 inches when ready for action. blacks don't have much of the surprise package affect. If I am not mistaken, this is a blood circulation issue. blood goes to where it needs to be.
could also be related to the fact that blacks have naturally higher blood pressure than whites.

not much study has gone into this topic, so it may be a while before any real answers come out.
 
i experience the whole spectrum. when doing upper body it gets the extreme turle effect. when doing lower body it runs inside me almost completley. if its the case that my blood is just being rushed to my muscles, i have no problem, but if it is result of a pull muscle/ligamnet of somekind id like to fix it.
