Id do it from the start, but then Im fairly confident with the amount of pinning required of myself.
Its gonna be hard to predict how youd find it. If youre proficient and have good technique (and luck) you may find the regularity easy and tolerable. But, if you have a hard time of things for any number of reasons, youll dread pin days.
Safest bet when you dont know how youll go, is as few pins as possible.
