when I got back into lifting at 18 years old my plan was to be able to step onstage at a regional competition within 3 years. I have gone from 155 to 220 lbs at about the same body fat in three years sub-naturally "1 cycle of advanced muscle science's 1ad 4ad UTT hormone control kit". I'm hoping to do my first cylce really soon.

question: do most of you guys set goals like this?
how much progress do you guys usually get per year?
do you guys lose momentum ever?

I've been carrying my food around in a bag for 2 years, and studying my nutrition like a mad man but I think my results are pretty good "I have a big rib cage and big joints so even at the end of my bulk at 235lbs full of glycogen and a little bit of a belly I didn't really look big".

so what were you're guys goals and how/what have you done to make them become a reality?

I don't expect this to really be informative but I think it will be interesting.
