thanks buddy. I'd honestly love to try the two products we were/are taking together sometime soon for another bulk, I'll just eat cleaner. To cut I'll spend the next month or so changing my diet. I'll keep my meals and shakes around the gym the same but I'll cut my carbs to 1/4 for the rest of my meals and no carbs or just some veggies with my last meal. I may throw in a bronkaid with my preworkout here and there. I'm also gonna walk on the treadmill at a 3.0 speed on a 3.0 incline for 15min before I lift. I'll see how those changes go. It's always been easier for me to cut then bulk, I am basically always dieting to bulk.Def. put on some size. Should look pretty good after your cut. What's your cut plan look like?
