Making my own capsules out of powder...

I'm not sure where to post this. This seems like the best spot.. I have a powder that I'd like to place into capsules.. My questions are:

1. Where do I purchase empty capsules?
2. Where do I find some time of measuring "spoon" for the powder?

1. You can find empty capsules at Bulk Nutrition: Invalid Link Removed
2. A measuring spoon is in no wise nor in every instance accurate as the density of powders varies too greatly. Better to go with a scale which - among other places - may also be purchased at BN.
